Desired clear expectation of what I wanted done and offered options when I was unsure. Very flexible: worked around my schedule. Extremely understanding: worked with me as the cost of materials kept rising. Never too busy to listen. Always accepting of the multiple add-ons-and/or changes I wanted to make. Always easy to contact by phone or text message no matter how early or how late.
