+ 4 moreI set up an appointment for their free estimate. I stayed home from work to meet with them. They never called, never showed. I should have known better seeing when I spoke with the person scheduling the meeting she mentioned she was already 15 minutes late for her meeting with them. It did not seem to bother her. People’s time is valuable. If you can’t make the meeting you schedule, at least call them early enough so they can make adjustments in their schedules. Not a way to run a business. I will not hire this company nor recommend them.

+ 0 moreThey send out two to three employees on average. They complete the work in roughly an hour and a half. I've seem them working on the neighbors yards and that's why I chose them. You will have to call them to see what there schedule is to see when they will be here so you can supervise any extra jobs that need doing.
Description of Work: They pull the weeds and take out any dead flowers in my flower beds.

Description of Work: Cleaned out old growth in all bedding areas and prepared and fertilized areas and set out new plantings.

Description of Work: Roark Landscape Inc quoted on mowing, clean up the flowerbed spring and fall, and plant flowers if I wanted them. This was the monthly charge on an annual contract.

+ -1 moreIf this was to small of a job for this company the sales rep should have been forthcoming. We just wasted a week.
Description of Work: Sales rep came to house, asked to give estimate on replacing several bare spots in the lawn with sod. She took measurements and notes on pad of paper along with our e-mail address and told me she would send us an estimate in afew days. One week later, no estimate neither by e-mail or phone.
