Restoration 1 of Tulsa

Had a pipe cap bust during our most recent freeze. Restoration1 was QUICK in responding for the initial period to prevent further damage. I went ahead and used them for the rebuild, as well. They not only did great job taking care of work from start to finish, they also did a great job dealing with my frustrations and concerns during pivot from remediation to rebuild. I'm definitely willing to recommend them to anyone in need of Restoration.

During our disaster, Restoration 1 was world class in their customer care: response time, knowledge given about the disaster at hand, and rebuild/repairs. Restoration 1 was upfront and honest about everything from every dollar spent to the time frame of completion. Restoration 1 informed our family every time they came to the home, the work being done, who was there and when they were finished. This was our first disaster situation; Restoration 1 made it feel very smooth. I hope we never have another situation like we had during this time. If we do, Restoration 1 will is who we will call. They were world class the entire time! Thank you Restoration 1 for putting our home back together!!

I have been well taken care of by these guys. Saw a leak stain in my garage over the 4th of July weekend. Submitted a claim through my insurance and i had someone out very fast. Demolition guys were very knowledgeable and professional. Quick estimate and worked well with my insurance. Very easy to work with and were able to work around my busy schedule. Everyone was courteous and also provided any other services i required such as painting, extra dry wall repairs that were not part of my claim.

Restoration 1 was extremely professional, easy to work with, and kept the daily disruption of the mitigation/rebuild to a minimum. Adam & his team was on the job quickly, dealt directly with my insurance, and did numerous follow ups to make sure I was pleased with the job preformed, plus they answered any & all questions I had during this process. Restoration 1 is extremely easy to recommend & to give a 5 star plus for their work & services that they offer.
