+ -1 moreOur insurance company covered the entire cost of our roof minus our deductible due to wind damage. We felt like our roof was done well and in excellent time. Throughout the process I was informed of what was going on at my home and was able to reach my contractor when I needed to. We had some tar from the roof application left around our house after the roofers were completed, which happens. I felt like my complaint was handled very well. I was immediately apologized too and asked, what I would like done so that I was completely satisfied. So far all is good with our new roof and I would highly recommend this contractor since I feel like the contractor makes or breaks the experience.
Description of Work: We had wind damage during a recent stop and noticed some shingles were removed from our roof. We filed a claim with our insurance company and they sent out Reroof America. Our contractor assigned was Donnie ("Don") Dake . We felt like our estimate was completed in a timely fashion and Don was very good at answering any questions we had. We decided to go with Reroof America because I felt I could trust the contractor that was sent to us. Don worked with is in coming up with a color and material for redoing our roof. Work was completed very quickly (one and half days) and was done well.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DID QUALITY WORK IN A SURPRISINGLY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND TORE OFF THE OLD ROOF BEFORE RESHINGLING IT.
