The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They pulled our blinds, moved furniture that my wife and I couldn't, replaced 8 windows, Rehung the blinds, replaced the furniture, and cleaned everything up nicely. All in about 8 hours. Probably would have been faster but the original window installers used improper methods to attach the windows and they had to be careful to not damage the interior or exterior walls. The windows look GREAT! My wife is tickled pink at how much better the house looks, from inside and out. Our crew consisted of Ben Amato, the boss, David Smith, Trey Amato, Brad Floyd, and Greg Tyce. They were excellent, knew their stuff, were VERY careful with the demo and install, and it was very apparent that they were all about doing the very best job possible. Didn't hurt that they were friendly and funny as well. Not enough words in my vocabulary to show how much we appreciated them.

went well was under the 4 hours time that I was told it would be. The crew was Eric Nelson, Zac Nelson, and Manny Lopez. They were very professional, organized, punctual, friendly, and very neat. They did an excellent job and cleaned up as they worked. Highly recommend them.

Starting from Jimmy Lee doing the initial sales consult through the measurements and Vadim and his brother doing the installation we could not have had a better experience. We are ecstatic with Anderson's product, proffesionality, and punctuality that included a 6' x 6' window and French doors.

Could not be more pleased. When the window crew arrived, each man shook my hand an introduced himself. Impressive! It was a very windy day as they worked. They took great care in keeping the interior of the house cleaned up as they worked. They were that careful in picking up after themselves outside to avoid the wind blowing the trash.For the patio door that was replaced with windows - they matched the outside siding perfectly. Richard, the painter/stain guy, came next day and took great pains to match the existing stain. His care in keeping his work area clean was just as impressive. It is true- you do get what you pay for.

The installation of windows was completed in one day with the exception of the trim due to rainstorm that blew in quickly. Mark Reynolds came back on third day to complete trim around interior side of windows.

David and Dennis had to tear out six long slender windows and replace with two large gliding windows. These guys did a fantastic job. It was a big job but they replaced the first set of windows in about 4 hours. This really opened up the living space and brightened up the rooms.

Outstanding product, sales, install, and service. Will absolutely use Renewal by Anderson again. Special thanks to Dave and his team for install, and Bob for his customer service.

To preface, we just wanted a quote and nothing more. The salesman stayed at my house for almost 4.5 hours until 10:20pm. After 4 hours, I received the number $47,000 for 15 windows that was eventually worked down to $38,000...only if we agreed to sign a contract immediately. When we said no, the intimidation tactics began by treating us like clueless broke college students offering ridiculous payment options over 12 years or replacement of single windows at a time to work within our meager budget. $47,000 is roughly 25% of our home's original value. We hadn't had dinner and frankly, it was bedtime and we both had to work in the morning. My father was very recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and his procedure to remove the tumor and diagnose fully is next week. I said I couldn't sign ANYTHING until I know how that surgery goes. He then proceeded to say "Well, regardless if your father makes it [through the surgery] or not, you're still going to need those windows." ARE YOU ALIVE INSIDE? DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THE HUMAN CONDITION? PERHAPS YOU ARE SOME SORT OF ILL-PROGRAMMED ROBOT THAT IS POWERED ONLY BY MONEY. I assure you, we did absolutely nothing to provoke that sort of humiliation other than not agreeing to sign his contract. Ironically, my father has Andersen Windows in his home. He is the reason I contacted Renewal by Andersen in the beginning. They are great windows. However, no dwelling of mine will ever be touched by Renewal By Andersen based solely on the fact that it would be against good moral judgment to further support a company that would employ this sort of tactic on anyone at any time.

Salesman showed up and did his sales pitch for 4 hours. FOUR HOURS. The previous two companies that had come, were in our home for approx. 30 minutes. The salesman also made some inappropriate sexual innuendo jokes with me, that I did not find amusing. At the end of his 4 hour pitch, the cost of their windows was almost TRIPLE what the other local companies had quoted me. They also have a price that is lower if you sign on the dotted line immediatley, right then and there. If you do not, the price goes up. Not sure why this is a thing. Windows are windows, prices should not increase just because you wait a week. I think he gave me 3 different prices depending on how long we waited to decide. Crazy. Not a good experience, and we did not hire them.

He called at 1:50 and told me he had to go to the hospital for a friend that was having panic attracts. He was to be at my house at 2:00. Not a good sign to me that he is a good risk with my work.
