+ -1 moreHard working and honest. Need to over see work to insure they handle as you want. Good workers but not the sharpest tool in the box. Will do a good job if you provide supervision.

Description of Work: Relocation LLC moved us. We had used them once before and were happy with the previous move so we called on them again.

Description of Work: We decided to use this company after my parents had a good experience with them a month before. They were AWESOME. Showed up when supposed to, worked HARD to get the job done in a timely manner. Were very careful with our belongings, and even rearranged some furniture for us before they left. I have used them again, since first moving experience with them, and it was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

+ -1 moreWe would never recommend this company ti anyone and we were very disappointed in their performance. If they want to stay in business, they need to change their attituds toward other peoples possessions and the owner needs to be more responsive to problems
Description of Work: The men packed the first day and as they left one of them asked for a tip which has never happened to us before. We have moved with professional movers and have never "held up" for a tip before. They were not punctual. One of the men got permanent marker on the top sheet of a set of sheets which I was assured would be replaced by the company. Never happened!! On the second day when they realized that it was getting late they just threw our things on the trucks so they could leave and we again were asked for a tip. They were anxious to get part way back to Tulsa that night and we paid the price. We had many items that were broken or damaged and the owner was rude to me when I talked to him and questioned the damage to the sheets and he insisted that it was my fault not the worker. As we unpacked we discovered that a lot of out items were ruined. The tip was broken off the end of a fishing pole, a fiber optic Christmas tree was crammed into a plastic box and then heavy extension cords and barbecue tools were thrown on top.The packers had no concern for our possessions. The trucks that the company rented from Penske had holes in the top and a heavy rain in Tulsa caused damage to my dining room furniture and we had 2 chairs which were wet. The company was responsive to the furniture damage and had it repaired to my satisfaction.

+ -1 moreThe move was a nightmare that I may never recover. The movers damaged a piece of furniture, then sent me away to go buy glue for them to do a quick repair. They let a door on a buffet swing open and tear completely off the hinge, leaving a split piece of wood for the door. The most distressing thing was that when unpacking, I had a box that I had labeled "priceless antiques" and I realized that one box was missing. I notified the company regarding the damage and the missing box, but the company has never responded. I had to file a police report for larceny. One of the moving crew had remarked to me that he has a whole storage building full of valuable items, such as crystal, that people had "given" to him. I guess I unwillingly gave it away too.
Description of Work: I contracted with this company to move my personal belongings from a home in Tulsa, 9 miles to a home in Broken Arrow, OK.
