This is an updated review. My original review was an "F". But Matt and Dave at Rain Guard were so upset about the service I received and all that occurred afterward. They bent over backwards to make things right!! I truly believe this was just a one time occurrence and not the service they usually provide. I would hire them again.

I have used them for about five years. They are a real good company. The service was very good.

I like the salesman named Matt. I liked what he had to say. I liked the fact that he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. We had a little rain shower, and everything worked out just fine. I had been told they were be here last Friday at noon, but nobody showed up. The lady wasn't really sure what happened. They had it down that they were to be there Monday. I don't know if Matt gave me the wrong date. I think it was just a mix up. It was a hassle.

They were great; professional and quick. I was pleased with their work and I would absolutely use them again.

.They charged us a reasonable price. The guys that did the work were respectful and courteous.

I wanted old gutters & downspouts removed so I could paint the wood behind and then have new gutters replaced after I had painted. I knew this would require two trips by the contractor and was expecting a small additional charge for the 2nd trip. Other guttering folks added unreasonable (in my estimation) charges for two trips -- RainGuard was willing to remove the old system, allow me a couple weeks to paint, then return to install the new system without additional charge. All work was done in a professional manner, on time and on budget. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Matt came out to estimate the job about 10 days before I hired Rain Guard to do the work. He was well prepared in giving me an estimate. He had samples, literature, and other information about the guttering they use. He was very informative in explaining everything to me about the install process and what to expect in the quality of work. He pretty much answered every question I threw at him. I called Rain Guard on a Monday and they were able to do the install on a Wednesday of the same week. Alex, the installer, was there that morning as scheduled. He wasted no time in getting set up for the fabrication and install of the guttering. Within 3 hours I had a very nice looking guttering system installed. But looks aren't everything!! Would the guttering perform as good as it looked? As luck would have it, there was a pretty good rain storm that same Wednesday night after the install. I went out with my umbrella to check the guttering as it was raining. All I can say is "great job Rain Guard". The guttering and the installation passed the test of Mother Nature. Matt........great job on the estimate & information. Alex........very professional job on the install & passing Mother Nature's water test. ** I will have no problem in using Rain Guard for any of my future guttering needs.

They had to special order the color that we chose but it was up by the end of the week. We haven't had any rain since they did the gutter so I don't know if it works, but I am confident it does. I don't think we have anything to compare the price to.

I am completely unsatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone.

The sales representative came out a week before the work was performed, gave estimate and the work was performed about ten days later. I was not at home, but I would never have known they were there, the cleanup was that good. The product looks excellent and matches very well with the siding and trim I had just had done. I would like to add that the price was several hundred dollars less than was quoted by two siding companies I got quotes from as a combined package. I might need to add that they did not have to remove the old guttering as it was already taken down by the siding worker, so I can't comment on that process.

My experience with them was good. They did a good job and I was happy with them. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I am having them do some more work for me. I was happy with them since they had done a good job on the gutters. Their work is good and they came out very quickly when I called them. Their price is very reasonable too. I will call them back again for the new work that I am going to have them do.

I had initially called them around the time there was a lot of hail here, so they were busy with other jobs. Scheduled for Rick to come out to give me a quote; he had to reschedule a couple of times. After quoting, they scheduled the installers to come about a month later. They were very professional, no complaints; job was done within a few hours. Gutters look great and they guarantee the quality of their work. Only complaint was that their price was a little higher than the other quotes I got (about $200 more), but i have no regrets in paying a little more for a quality job.
