Had some trouble with the scheduling. they missed the first couple appointments, however once the owner became aware of the situation he got the crew out and the work was done quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. It looks much better than the rest of my guttering. Despite the delays in getting out there I would use this company again.

Everything was great. They were very professional, they did a good job of making the gutters fit the house, and the gutters have been performing well.

The guys were great! They arrived at the time they said they would (even though I was just arriving home from a delayed flight). They were professional and very customer focused. They ensured that they checked in about what needed to be done and then reviewed all completed work at the end. Definitely glad I had them out!

It went fine, and it was for a rental house. They reached out to us first and did a good job. They owner even followed up with me with a call. I was very pleased.

The actual cost turned out to be about 500 dollars more than anticipated, but it was still a good experience. The gentlemen were very nice, they did good work with the gutters, and they cleaned up after themselves.

When I called to ask about the missed appointment (two days later), the salesman I delt with told me he would have to check with the crew. He called back to inform me that his crew leader had come to the house and re-measured (the sales man did it the first time). Apparently, they were going to have to charge double what was quoted on the seasonal cleanings. I expected elevated pricing on the first clean as I just bought the house and the gutters had not been cleaned for sometime. But when he told me all cleanings would be $600 rather than the original quote, I asked that he perform the initial cleaning and then I would decide if I wanted to schedule seasonal cleaning based on the work performed. So we rescheduled for later in the week. Again, no show?so I called and cancelled. Then I got on Angie's List and made an appointment with the top ranked service provider. Their cost was competitive and quality of service has been exceptional?I should have checked with Angie first!

They did a good job and I was satisfied. They had a minimum charge of around $250 and it was a relatively small job which was all that I needed. The price was kind of high because they had the minimum charge but I believe they all do. I would use them again if I couldn't find anybody cheaper.

Late arrival, no problem on my part. I left before they were finished which caused a couple of problems because I wasn't here to ensure completion. A simple phone call corrected the problems and I am a happy camper.

They performed the services well. The gutters look nice and work well.

They came promptly at the time setup and did the install of the gutters. Gutters looked a thousand times better then what was previously there.

They were very professional and even serviced the repair 6 months later at no charge

The salesman, Alex was very prompt in setting appointment and arriving on the scheduled day/time. Listened to all my concerns about the various areas and explained how the problem would be remedied. Gave detailed estimate with diagram of the house and the problem areas so that the repairmen would know exactly the areas to pay special attention to. Repairmen arrived promptly and were very professional in doing their job. Very satisfied with this company and will definitely use again.

Excellent quality of repair work for a reasonable price. This company has installed and serviced our residential gutter for almost 20 years. I highly recommend them.

They sent some one out first to give an estimate. Gave us a good price for the service. matched the color of our trim and installed it in about 3 hours. They gutters look so good if your not looking for them you don't' even see them. Would recommend them to friends and family.

They are honorable people who do good work. We have referred them many times.

They were first class. They were prompt, reasonably priced and did a good job with the repair. I found no major issues with their.

They showed up on time and were quick and efficient with their work. There is one downspout that leaks every time it rains. I called to have them fix this and they missed an appointment. I called them back and they sent out a tech that did not have the right tools. I have not followed up since then. The work they did was fine, but their follow up is not very good.

They did a good job. I do not remember ay issues with the work. Everything they worked on has been working well since. I do not remember anything about the experience that was not done right.

They did a great job in a very quick manner. They were able to perfectly match the color to the other gutters. I had them out for an estimate first and within a few days, they were able to do the work. The crew got the work done in one day. I saw nothing they could improve on. I was just very satisfied with the experience.

Everything went really great with the work. There was a problem after the initial installation. I called and they came out immediately to fix it. They were the only company in town who had the exact type of gutter we currently have and matched the color perfectly. The price was very good. The timeframe from the initial call to the work being done was about a week and they were able to install the part in one day. They did not leave any trash or scraps when they were done. They are the only people I would call back for this type of work.

I like that they were able to match it to my house but what I don't like is the fact that it wasn't raining for a while and then one day when it really did rain, I noticed that the rain was pooling somewhere but I don't want it to pool and it was spilling over the gutters and I didn't want it to spill over and so I called on 9/20/11 and I asked if someone could come out and I could tell him what the problem was. It was all coming to one area where I don't want it to come to so could someone come out and see if we can get that fixed. She said she has forwarded the information on so someone is going to give me a call back. I never got a call back. I called again last year twice and nobody called me back. I understand it's a small job but you're fixing your own product.

They did exactly what I expected them to do in a timely manner. They were careful with the landscaping and did a nice job.I was pleased with the job.

Original Post: They did not come to our 1st scheduled appt to complete an estimate. We called and were told they were running late, so we rescheduled for the following day. They came out, gave us an estimate, and two days later we called to accept the estimate and work to be done. We were told they would be at our house the following Thursday between 1pm - 3pm to install our gutters. On that Thursday, they did not show up or call. At 3pm we called and left a message for our sales person Matt, at 4 pm we had still not heard back so we called the main office number. Finally at 4:30pm Matt called us back and apologized and offered us a discount of "around" 10% to reschedule our install. Matt was supposed to call us back to confirm the discount, and we rescheduled for the following Wednesday between 1pm- 3pm for install. Leading up to the to our next scheduled appt we never heard back for Matt, and no one ever showed or called for our install for the 2nd time! At 3pm upon no one showing , we left a message from the owner but did not receive a call back. Update: A couple of weeks after the original post above, we received a call from Matt. He apologized for the poor service noted above and stated he wasn't sure what happened and couldn't find our number which is what caused the delay. Matt was very professional and asked for a chance to make up for the issues we encountered. He offered a steep discount (almost half) and agreed to have the work performed on a Saturday morning so we didn't have to make arrangements for work during the week again. Since we hadn't scheduled the work to be completed by anyone else we agreed to allow Rain Guard one more chance to complete the work since the saving were going to be significant. On our scheduled install date, Rain Guard showed as scheduled and Matt also came out to the house to ensure everything went well. The install was smooth and we are satisfied with the final product. While the service we received originally was less than good, it was refreshing to see a company owe up to their mistakes, professionally apologize and take meaningful steps to ensure their customer was satisfied at the end of the day.
