It was fine. I have considerably more done so there was an extra. They were fine. I didn't really interact with them so much. They came out and did their job. They hauled everything away.

Looks good. Was done in a timely fashion. Have no complaints

The quote, price for additional work I wanted, like adding barrel to capture water and Y-valve added to downspout kept changing, when I said I will wait because I could not pay an additional $280 to add a barrel and downspout. Removing the barrel, did not reduce the quote. I will do my diligence and search out more quotes before purchasing services again. However, the installers were good and knew their trade very well.

Keith Grosinsky, Estimator, was great! Already had all the measurement taken by the time I got to my home for our appointment. Told him what I was doing to return my 1941 home to more of a Craftsman look with stone porch, red cedar posts, porch and stair rail as well as red cedar shutters. He reviewed the various samples of paint I was considering for the brick portion of my home and pointed out the one he thought would bring out the copper guttering and the red cedar wood color the best. Had the opportunity to go by the house while the crew was installing the guttering. The crew was very professional and friendly.Installation of the guttering was the 'icing on the cake.' So very pleased with my project. The extra cost to get Rain Guard was well worth it!!

Did an excellent job of repairing sagging cutters, cleaning gutters, and adding a needed down spout.

It was fine. We had an estimate come in. We secured the work and it was completed. The service was $89 for so many linear feet. My job required more linear feet than that. They gave me the Angie's List deal on the portion that their deal covered. It was fine. That was fair. Job was bigger than what their deal was so they honored their price for the length of the gutter that the deal stated. So far, there are no problems. The estimator was very prompt. He was there at the time he said he would be. That was good. The installation was a day early. He showed up on the wrong date but it worked out.

On time, very professional and courteous.

They were very professional and honest. Since they couldn't do what was necessary they immediately credited back amount paid.

I was not impressed at all because they came and they gave the estimate. That guy was great. But then the guy that was supposed to do the work never called me to tell me that my facia is soft and they attached everything supposedly to that. I was out of town. I had to go to my mothers. When I came back my husband said, what did they attach? That piece of wood I had up there to keep it straight is still there. So, I talked to Shawn and he was supposed to call me back and I never heard from him. The technician called Shawn and told him about the facia being soft but he supposedly did the work before we were notified of this and maybe have gotten that repaired first. I don't think it was very professional to do the work without talking to us first because now we're going to have to do it all again.

My appointment was for July 8th, but on that day%, they never showed, so I called them the next morning. I was told by receptionist they tried to call. When I looked at my phone, there was a number I didn't recognize, but they left no voicemail. Receptionist said due to rainy weather they were behind & hopefully they would make it by 2:30 Friday the 10th. Friday came and went, nobody came by, no phone call. (I was very studious about checking my phone that day for a call from them. So, Monday morning around 9:30am, I'm returning from errands and the truck is in my driveway. The two young men were very nice and got right to work, but they left without letting me know they were done. I went out to look at gutters & all seems well. They added the downspouts & tightened up the loose ones. The only odd thing is spout they put on at front if house is gray, and all my other spouts are white. :-/. I'm hoping when salesman stops by to check work & get paid, they can swap out the gray spout for a white one. The work is good, but keeping in touch with the customer about appointment & times could be better.

Very good. They were unable due to weather to be here when scheduled, which I understood, but there was a lack of communication in letting me know when they would be able to be here.

They were very accommodating, professional, punctual and the work area stayed neat.

Excellent experience! Communication with company representatives was timely. Within days of contacting them, my home had been measured and I had an estimate. The rep (Keith) explained his plan to me, showed where the water should drain and explained why. He didn't try to"oversell" me, explaining that my roof wouldn't need the larger size gutters. He even cheerfully made a special trip out to the house to show me color samples, after I changed my mind about keeping the same color of gutter! Work was scheduled for a date within the next week.. Work had to be bumped one day (life happens), but they came the next day while I was at work and when I got home I had gorgeous new gutters. Keith came out afterward to inspect the work before I was expected to pay. We were having a good rain (as we do most days this Spring) so he was even able to show me how the water was draining just as he'd described when he explained his plan initially. I'm very happy with my experience, the product, and the service.

Work was great. They worked us into their schedule quickly and completed the work in two days. After first day supervisor came out to check work and noticed an issues, workers were there the next day to correct issue. In addition, the office called to give us a number to call in case we had any complaints so we could speak with someone other than the supervisor or sales rep. We did not have any complaints, but appreciated the professionalism.

I haven't gotten back with them since before Christmas. I'll have to get with them and talk to them about it. One end of it is holding about an inch of water and not draining. I'll have to have them put another downspout on the one end. They were real good. What they got done, they did a good job. It looks good. I had a Big Deal. I had a little more than the 50' put on, so there was an additional charge. We didn't use one of the downspouts and didn't use one of the 12' runs like we were going to because I had a canopy over a hot tub. The guy said that he could drill some holes into the guttering so that I didn't have a downspout there. In theory, I paid for about 12' of guttering and a downspout that I didn't use. They were pretty good workers. I think they knew what they were doing, but just didn't realize this old house had settled or something. It looks level, but the way it's holding water, it seems like it is out of level. It looks really nice, though. They were here when they said they would be. They didn't waste any time doing what they needed to do. They already knew what they needed to do. You could tell they had installed quite a few of them before.

It was a good experience. I wasn’t at home during the service but it probably took about a couple of hours. to do They took all of the debris away.

It wasn't definitely as expensive as I thought it was going to be. The only thing I didn't like was they did not tell me when they're coming out to actually do the installation so I would have preferred to have been home and work from home that day. I actually called them and they told me that they already did. The experience was good. The guys was very nice. I would have preferred to know who is at my house when working on my house. I didn't know that they were here so they did a great job. The sales guy was very nice. I didn't have any problems with it whatsoever. When it rains I always check and it's been fine. He did a great job explaining it. He weigh it all out, he priced it and it's exactly what he quote me. It was great. He knew what he was doing and talking about. He was super cool.

It was great. We had more gutters and so there was additional charge. We got a discount and so it worked out great. They provided good service. They came out when they were supposed to. They were real reasonable. They did a good job and they did it right.

I have a smaller size home with 2 gutters on the first floor. The job takes others about 30 mins to an hour at most. This company advised it would take 2 hours to clean at $175 per hour. I have had the service done before for less than half the price of this companies hourly rate. It has now been over 2 months since I purchased the service and I thought the company had already done the service. I find out now that they have not and I am at risk of ice build up and damage due to the response and scheduling of this company. I have now requested that Angie's not only find another provider to do the service I paid for but also look into this companies up charging.

They were running behind on appointments, but called to let us know when they would arrive. They inspected existing gutters and told us everything looked secure. Completed repairs where we had identified leaks at joints. They found one section where a piece of downspout was missing and made the repair. They were very nice and didn't try to sell us additional repairs or services other than what we needed.

Put up a wider gutter and down spout. Mission accomplished. Drains beautifully.

I wasn't home when they were here but the gutters are draining well. Price for service performed was outrageous!

I've just come in from cleaning my gutters. Took an hour and 10 min including a short coffee break with my wife for a mid 60's overweight man with a ladder to complete. This company's rep refused to do any work for less than $300 and seemed primarily interested in selling product for my gutters.. Acted insulted that I would offer him $100 plus our coupon for $150 to do the job. Would recommend not doing business with this company. We have had a number of good experiences with Angie's List and this company is not representative of what is usually available from this site.
