Description of Work: I was very impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and thoughtfulness of the estimator. I need more work done that makes the $89 special offer not my best way to go. He suggested I request the refund.

Description of Work: Suggested to relevel existing back porch high capacity gutter and added another downspout to clear water from large area that has always overflowed in the past. Added high capacity downspout on another gutter to improve performance and replaced front porch gutter with high capacity gutter and also improved pitch of drain pipe. Overall both the estimate and installation were good experiences.

Description of Work: We contacted Rain Guard for an estimate on gutter repair. They had previously performed repairs 10 mos ago. A svc rep came out, but never followed up with requested info or a quote on repairs. I followed up with two calls, but we never heard back from the Rain Guard rep.

Description of Work: I purchased the 50 feet of guttering promotion that indicated that it was a $578 value for a purchase price of $259. The people at Rainguard are very nice and friendly but the deal that I will actually get is nothing like it was represented on the website. The estimator called and we discussed what I was after and he left a very nice professional proposal but the pricing indicates that the "deal" is questionable at best. I called Sasha in the office to ask about it and she contacted the estimator who called me back to let me know that he failed to subtract the $259 that I paid for the deal. The deal called for 50 feet of 6" gutters or oversized down spouts. My quote was for 5" gutters and not 6". It did have the oversized down spouts quoted though. The reason why I have trouble with the deal is; 1. If you only subtract the price I paid for the deal then I didn't get any savings at all. 2. If I only get 50' of guttering at $3.80 listed on the estimate then I actually paid $259 for $190 in value an actual over payment of $69 and once again not a $578 value. 3. If I only get 50' of oversized downspouts at $6.50 listed on the estimate I actually paid $259 for $325 in value I do realize some savings but still not a $578 value. I'd like a refund because to me the advertisement is misleading at best. I rated the company a C because the staff was friendly and courteous enough for an A but the deal wasn't a deal at all and that I would rate an F so overall I give them a C

Description of Work: Signed up for the $89 "Big Deal" for $200 worth of guttering/services. I only wanted to re-pitch part of my guttering and replace a small amount of guttering. Salesman showed up and left before the stated appointment time. I wasn't there. Salesman left an estimate to replace the entire guttering around the house. Estimate was over $10,000. Called salesman and explained what I needed, which was the intent had he arrived at the stated appointment time. Salesman said he would get back with me with a revised estimate. Never heard from him. Sent him a text to remind him. Eight days later he responded with a revised estimate. I told him I had already requested and received a refund and informed him of the poor customer service.

Description of Work: Work has not been done yet and my 215.00 has been paid for several months. Getting them over to my house was a bad experience at the get go. Finally came over for estimate, took an act of congress to ever get a phone call back. Finally scheduled with firm time for arrival 11 to 2, came after that time, I had to go back to work @ 2. Got home voice mail states they had come to do the work ,after agreed time but gate was locked. Rescheduled for day before thanksgiving with office personnel, finally received phone call from rep to reschedule the appointment. Advised it was thankfully scheduled for above agreed time, yesterday passed, no workers came, phone no answer. | |We would like to have our money back asap! Please advise!,

Description of Work: I explained what all I needed to have completed, the Rep gave me a price which was slightly higher than the Angies list cert which was fine with me. The staff came out on schedule and completed the work exactly as we discussed. I am pleased with their service and would use them again without thought.

Description of Work: This deal was purchased as an early Christmas gift for our son. Rain guard provided an on site estimate for the installation of guttering and downspouts across the back of the home including a patio. The job required additional footage of guttering, beyond the deal purchased, and 3 downspouts. RainGuard worked with our son's schedule, were prompt, courteous, and professional. He was very pleased with the outcome. We were pleased with the price; the additional expense was anticipated. I would recommend this company to others based upon this experience.
