The man I talked to on the phone was very professional. He sent people to my house to pick up the rug. We talked again and he told me the damage and the cost to clean the rug. I asked him to do the work. The rug was brought back today and it looks beautiful! The workers on the pick up and delivery were so nice and moved furniture out of the way on the pick up then moved it again on delivery and put it back after the rug was placed.

Ok, very professional, explained thoroughly the process to clean rug but it would have cost much more than purchase price of rug to clean and or replace backing on rug. I decided not to keep the rug!

We were hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year and our area rug was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and pet stain and odor removal. Radicans was recommended to us and, after our first cleaning, I was hooked and will never use anyone else as long as we live in Tulsa. Radicans will pick your rug up for a small fee or you can drop off yourself. They had my rug clean and and quot;smell-freeand quot; in time for Thanksgiving and it was beautiful. Not only that, they had so many rugs in for the holidays but you wouldn't have known it. They never came across as stressed or hurried. They made me feel like I was their only customer and even sent a very nice thank you card. But here's what put it over the top for me. While there, I told Ryan, the person we were working with, that I had an area rug that an old senile cat had used a corner of as a potty. I bought it at a yard sale a few years ealier, and it wasn't going with my room decor anymore. To nice to trash but I didn't want to resell or donate due to the cat. I asked if they would take the rug off my hands and clean it and either donate or just sell it. Ryan said, sure. When I brought the rug in, Ryan looked at it and said it was a very nice rug and he thought it might be worth a lot of money. He said they also do appraisals and, if I choose to have it cleaned, the appraisal fee is waived. The appraisal was $75 so I said sure, why not. The official appraisal came back and was very thorough including the year, country of origin, type, design, size, and condition. The rug appraised at $4,500 and I only paid $140 for it! In addition, they cleaned the rug but did not need to do animal treatment because it wasn't needed. Now that's honesty. Radicans could've taken the rug without saying anything but they didn't do that. They also could've upsold me for pet stains but didn't do that either. It's so refreshing to find a company with so much honesty and integrity, that delivers quality on time and with a smile. Thank you Radicans!

They did an excellent job. They took a long time to get it done though. I would use again as the quality of their work is worth the wait.

They picked up the rug and weren't even mean about how badly it smelled. They told me it would take awhile for them to clean it and described the cleaning process very clearly. The man on the phone (I didn't get his name) was incredibly professional. They not only cleaned the rug but fixed the fringe on the end. I couldn't have been happier. Now I just need a new dog.

They were great. They only do rugs. They had tried to clean it before but they did not have access to this new cleaning process, but they gave me a call as soon as they got it. They sent the rug out to be cleaned and I think that it was back in about five weeks. The price was reasonable and I got a good deal. They did not charge me a pick up or delivery fee since I already had them to try and clean the rug earlier. They even help people move furniture around. They were very dependable and well priced, and nobody else offers that service here.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THE SHAMPOO THAT THEY USE DOES WONDERS TO MY CARPET. EVERY TIME I NEED MY CARPET CLEANED I CALL THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY CLEANERS I LIKE.

THEY DID AN EFFICIENT JOB AT GETTING ALL STAINS OUT OF MY FLOOR WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY WERE VERY KIND, COURTEOUS AND UNDERSTANDING WITH EVERYTHING THEY DID.
