Jonathan and his team at Precise Home Specialties made sure that I met with the key people on this project and kept me involved in the decision making from design to post-completion suggestions. The team designed the perfect size and shape sidewalk for my home and I could not be happier we had it done. Jonathan's desire to provide the best design not only for function but also to control the project costs were absolutely vital. It is his passion to best service the customers needs that separate his company from the others I spoke to about completing this project.

Excellent! Johnathan was great and he even came back and added some guttering that we wanted at no cost! It was quick and done timely manner.

Jonathan laid out the catch basin and drain line work that needed to be done, and promptly scheduled the work to be done within two weeks. He and his crew were prompt, professional, courteous, and his charges were very reasonable.

Perfect! Jonathan met us at our home multiple times before the project started and was helpful and patient with us as we decided first on the scope of the project, and then on which colors to use to paint the house. His crew arrived on time everyday and worked the whole day long. They were friendly, neat, and did a fantastic job. Their work showed great attention to detail, and Jonathan and his team kept in close communication with us during the entire job so there were never surprises of any sort. They were even accommodating of our desire to redo a portion of the paint due to a change of heart on our part on color. Weather delayed the work by a few days, but again, communication was kept up and we were always aware of exactly where the project stood, when to expect (or not expect) them to be working, and when to expect completion. Ours is a large house whose surfaces are 90% or more paint--so this was not a small job. We truly couldn't be happier with the job Precise Home Specialties did on our house, and will definitely hire them again in future if needed.

The owner came out to estimate at the time we agreed. He evidenced a lot of knowledge about the homes of the age of my house and knew important details of materials and finishes. He generated an estimate that we thought was very reasonable for the work. His crew arrived on time with high quality materials and did a great job. They cleaned up all materials, excellent work. Will definitely will use Precise again.

Jonathan Paolercio and the Precise Home Specialties Team did an AMAZING job on my home! In addition to completely repainting the exterior, they performed carpentry repairs where water leaks had caused extensive damage, refinished my wood deck, and restored the finish on my iron fencing and gates so well that the end-result actually looked better than they looked when the home was first built. Furthermore, they were able to fix a french door that I had been told would have to be replaced; saving me over $1000. All work performed far-exceeded my greatest expectations (not an easy feat considering the fact that I am a self-admitted perfectionist, lol.) Since the job was completed, I have had multiple neighbors inquire as to what company did the work; all stating that the end-results were astounding (my home is in a gated-neighborhood with very strict rules and contractors are not allowed to place signs in our yards.) Over the years, I have had several new homes built and conducted two massive renovations. Regretfully, none of the previous construction crews ever provided such attention to detail. Also, it is important to note that the members of this team are all very clean-cut, polite gentleman that can be trusted to work in your home without supervision; a seemingly rare trait these days. Overall, Jonathan and his Team are artisan craftsmen that I would, without any hesitation, recommend to all of my family, friends, and neighbors. Many thanks for a job well done!

I couldn't be happier with the decision I made to use Precise Home Specialties. The owner (Jonathan) handled our pre-work conversations in a professional and helpful manner. He was able to accommodate our target date to complete the work and actually was able to move the project timeline sooner (which was very helpful). The team which completed the work was polite, well skilled and it was obvious they cared about doing a good job. Those attributes (along with Jonathan's oversight) produced a successful result.

Very pleased with this work. The work was quoted at a competitive price, providing me options for my particular job. During the process, they quickly responded to all my emailed questions. They kept me updated as to when work was scheduled. They showed up when they said they would, and did a very good job. As the work was being done, they checked with us and kept us advised of options and made sure things were done as we wanted. The owner was clearly invested in making sure the work was done right and completed on time.

We could not be more please with the work done on the house. The house looks like a brand new house. We had the entire brick exterior painted including all the trim work. Jonathan's crew did a great job prepping the house which included some woodwork where there was some rot and wear. Jonathan was exceptionally easy to work with and patient while we were working to choose colors for the house. They accommodated our schedule and finished the project quickly. Jonathan and his crew came out to our rural house in the Sapulpa / Kellyville area to fix an interior paint job that another contractor messed up... They did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous 100% of the time. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any sized job. If I need anything painted, I know I will call them!

After another highly rated Angie's List provider couldn't be bothered to even set up an appointment to look at the work, after waiting nearly two weeks I contacted Jonathan at Precise Home Specialties. He came to look at the work the following day, told me what it would take, and gave me an estimate on the spot. He said it would be two to three weeks before they could start and he would let me know when they would be coming. As agreed, he called within that time frame to tell me two workers would be starting the work later that same day. The workers showed up as scheduled that afternoon and on two subsequent afternoons between rain days to do the sanding, priming and painting. They were very courteous and very meticulous in protecting the concrete steps, brush painting bare spots where the spray didn't reach, and avoiding damage to the nearby landscaping. Jonathan had been out of town while the work was done but came by about ten days later to inspect the work and pick up the check. At his own initiative, he volunteered to do some additional touch up and said he would send the workers to do it in the next couple of days. I am not easily impressed, but all in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am already planning additional projects for them.

Jonathan was great to work with. He was always professional, respectful, patient and on time. He and his crew completed the work as promised, but more than that, the paint job was outstanding. Jonathan helped with the color selection and we are very pleased. We were so pleased with our experience with Precise Home Specialties that we called Jonathan to do interior floor work without even looking at other vendors. We trust him and will use him again.

I originally called because I needed my chimney inspected because I thought it needed to be completely resided. Jonathan came out and he said no, what I really needed was maybe a few boards replaced, a really good power wash, some caulk and a really good paint job...so that's what he did, and while he was at the chimney he painted the entire house, fixing trouble spots and caulking as he went. We are very satisfied. You do get what you pay for. Jonathan will recommend grades of paint, you can choose. He recommends a higher quality paint that once it's on your house, you realize that it is definitely worth it. His crew does great work.

After reviewing over 250 “A” rated Angie List reviews on Precise Home Specialties, and seeing with my own eyes what a great job they did for a friend of mine, I decided to hire them to paint the exterior of my two story home. The owner, Jonathan Paolercio, came and gave me an estimate and thoroughly explained what they would do and how long it would take. He also informed me that he would use top of the line paint from Sherwin Williams. This was very important to me as I tried to cut corners on paint in the past and it was a big mistake. His estimate was a little more than I expected, but I am a big believer that you get what you pay for and I certainly got what I paid for, and then some. Each morning, Jonathan and his painters showed up on time, were very professional and did an excellent job. They were very detailed and even went to the trouble of removing all the hardware on my garage door and painted it separately opposed to just taping over it. They also repaired some rotted wood around an upstairs window at no additional charge. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to come back and do some interior painting, which they also did with the same excellent workmanship. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in their work and reputation, and delivers excellent customer service, you will not be disappointed in Precise Home Specialties.

I was quite impressed with how fast and efficient the two workers were. They had the drains dug, installed and hooked up in less than 2 days and had begun on the flower bed before finishing up on the morning of the 3rd day. Jonathan was in contact with me the whole time, verifying exactly what I wanted done. It was cold and windy, but they managed to get it looking good and clean in spite of the weather conditions. It was money well spent!

They were very neat and worked to dig under a fence so as to not disassemble the flagstone patio. Great job!

Arrived when scheduled and finished on time

I rely heavily on Angie's List for all contract-related work. Precise Home Specialities was very highly rated on Angie's List so I went with them for my gutter repair/replacement needs. I'm very picky and couldn't be more pleased with Jonathan and his company for the work performed on my property. Jonathan was very professional, friendly and accommodating from the bid stage through the completion stage. He is truly among the best contractors I've ever utilized. Thus far, the quality of the materials and installation are excellent. If there are any issues I will provide an update but I feel certain with Jonathan's responsiveness and desire to please the customer, everything will be fine. The employee Jonathan assigned to my job, Alberto, arrived on schedule at 8:30 am and finished the job around 3:30 pm. Never saw him take a break, not even for lunch. Jonathan would occasionally stop by to observe the work being performed and and offer his assistance to Alberto if needed. Alberto seemed to always have everything under control. There is no doubt I will utilize Jonathan's company for other home contracting needs in the future. He is a quality business owner, ensures quality work at a fair price, follows-thru on any and all customer requests/needs and his people skills are second to none.

We had a standing water problem on back patio from heavy rains, and area around patio also had standing water. Gutters were also rusted and bowed, needed replaced. Precise Home Specialists was very honest in giving us options that were most cost effective for us. A drainage system was installed to alleviate the standing water, and rusted gutters were replaced with covered gutters. We definitely recommend Precise Home Specialists, and we would use them again.

Jonathans crew came to our house totally prepared to handle the job in an efficient and timely fashion. They are meticulous in their prep work. They have everything covered, protected and not a drop of paint or plaster was noted on any of my protected surfaces. The work was impeccable. Jonathan has an eye for detail and the completed project looks great...and just in time for a planned family gathering. I will continue to use and recommend Precise Home Specialties.

We have been very pleased the both times we have used Jonathan and his crew. This past Spring, they painted the areas around our windows on the outside of our home. The paint job looks flawless. I was very pleased with my experience, so I contacted him last week to do some work on the crown molding/wood work on my stairs on the inside of my home. He came out to give me an estimate and worked my smaller project in between a large one of his and my project was complete within a few days of contacting him. And, his crew did a great job. They are extremely dependable, too! Jonathan is great about getting back with me and communicating with me throughout the project (s). He shows up when he says he is going to show up and he calls when he says he will.

Jonathan was very easy to get a hold of during the quotation process. He was very flexible on timing, but books up very quickly. Once services were agreed upon and scheduled, he provided paint samples to test with. Once colors were selected, he and his crew were able to start on our house a week early (which was great!). His guys were very courteous and professional. While it took his guys an extra day due to weather issues, the workmanship and final product is great! We couldn't be happier.
