The crew did an excellent job of replacing the post and utilizing the same hole. You can't tell that the posts aren't the original ones. While painting the fence, weather (rain) delayed the job but the crew worked on Sunday to complete the job on time. The crew did a great job painting the fence white and the cross bars and posts green. Highly recommend.

I could not have asked for a big project like this to go smoother. He gave us a fair quote and explained the entire process. The job started on time and the guys were extremely professional. Communication was excellent. The house looks great and we have received many compliments on it.

Jonathan and his team are pros. He offered suggestions on colors and paint grades. He applied several different sample sections so we could be comfortable with our choice. It's turn-key install, so I didn't have to remove anything from walls or doors - they took care of uninstall and reinstall. He even fixed some guttering as part of the process. Jonathan wants his customers to be happy, and he is willing to address even the smallest concern. We used top of the line paint. It's expensive, but the overall quality and service seems to be worth it. I would certainly use him again.

The house looks nice. The men were prompt and courteous. Mr. Paolercio dropped by a couple of times each day to check progress.

He was able to get someone there sooner than he estimated (which was good), and the scope of the work was less than he anticipated (also good!), so my final bill was over $100 less than the estimate. I liked the sense of confidence that he was only going to do the work that was necessary. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally.

It was a big job - 2 story house - it takes guts to paint a chimney on the top of 2 stories. Jonathan and his crew (Noe, Walter and Juan) did it all in 5 days. They arrived on time everyday and worked hard. At the same time they were extremely polite and responsive to all our requests. And they knew what they were doing. The house and workshop looks great. The only non-A rating I gave above was a C for price. Jonathan was straight about this from the first day - there are less expensive house painters in Tulsa, but I think you pay for what you get.

I got bids from other companies but this is the only company that actually showed up. He got all three of my jobs done within 2 days. He gave me great advice on my paint color and I love it! He called before the jobs to let me know they were coming. I can definitely see why he is so highly rated on Angie's List. If there was an A+ I would give him an A+. He listens, and he was very patient and detailed. He made sure I was very satisfied and that is hard to find now days. He is also very fair priced.

Jonathan and his hard working crew from "Precise Home Specialties" did an outstanding job from start to finish. I am super pleased with the results and the chimney looks fantastic. He first came out and listened to our needs and prepared a fair estimate using a T1-11 wood based siding rather than the masonite siding that was there before which will give us extra durability from the new siding. Jonathan and his crew then came out on the scheduled day and tore off all the old bad siding and bad trim boards and replaced all the siding with the brand new T1-11 siding. They then custom cut new trim boards to match perfectly with how it used to look. They also took great care to seal up around the chimney with the metal flashing and caulking to prevent any water from getting where it was not supposed to go. Once all the woodworking and sealing was done, they then primed the siding with a quality primer and then proceeded to paint the chimney to a perfect color match. They took great care in painting the trim and siding to match how it used to look. Overall it was a fantastic job done by a hard working crew. I would definitely hire Jonathan and his crew again if the need ever arises for anything else. He listens to the customer and he personally manages the job from start to finish. They have the skill and experience to do things right and they will notify you if anything comes up that was not planned for. From the woodworking to the excellent painting work done, it was a Grade A job performance done from start to finish. Thanks Jonathan to you and your crew !!!

Owner made a detailed inspection of my site and developed a detailed plan for pouring the concrete. Estimated start date was within 1-2 weeks depending on weather. Owner kept me updated on actual start date. Owner called during the 1-2 week window to let me know actual start date. Job took 3 days total for setting forms, pouring and finishing concrete and then removing forms and cleaning up. Final cost was as estimated. No upcharges. Owner made several inspection visits during each of the phases of the job. I am very please with the final result.

Owner provided a detailed estimate and start date. Owner called OKIE Dig to mark underground lines. Owner arrived with workers to explain the specifics of the job. Ditch was dug by hand due to proximity of underground lines. Work was completed in 1 day. Minimal disturbance to lawn. Owner came out twice during job to check on progress and came back at conclusion of job to check with my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the overall job.

The estimate was detailed. Estimated start date was within the week and they started in 2 days and finished in 1 day. Owner showed up with 2 man crew to explain the details of the job. Owner checked back twice during the job and was there at conclusion of the job. They noticed that I did not have drip edge and suggested that it be added. They told me I could buy it at Lowes and they would install it at no cost. Everything was done as described in the estimate. They cleaned up all of the old materials. I was very satisfied with the work.

Absolutely wonderful! Jonathan was very thorough and professional. He has a wonderful paint crew that made the entire experience comfortable- I usually hate it when work people are in our house, but his crew were very nice. They took great care in protecting floors and furniture, and the paint job is top notch!!! They not only painted, but also fixed any holes or problems that were on the walls....I absolutely love how it all came out!

We needed the entire house repainted. Jonathan was punctual in coming for the estimate. His bid was significantly under the others. He was informative during the walk through presenting good ideas on color and paint.

I am not a visual person and really did not think this painting would be very noticeable but oh my, it has made my house look really good. It highlights the siding so well. I am very pleased. Jonathan at Precise Home Specialties came out as I was seeking a 2nd opinion to another service provided that had suggested an entirely new gutter system be installed on our home. During Jonathan's inspection he walked me through the lone points of repair that were needed and concluded a new system was not needed at all. Not only did his team address the issues we covered, he made suggestions to other slight modifications that would improve the system as well. We ended up saving money and our gutters are now ready for whatever winter has in store for us.
