Jonathon came quickly for an estimate and was very professional. Due to snow and freezing weather we had to delay the original estimated time. He came on the eve of an expected snow storm to prevent further damage to the gutter even though it was ridiculously cold! He and his helper did a great job, caulked, primed the wood behind the gutter, and secured the gutter using fasteners instead of the original long nails. That gutter isn't going anywhere! They cleaned up and left nothing behind.. Very professional and polite. Would definitely use this company again. This was a small job and he treated me as if I was as important as a huge job. The 6-year-old home I bought last year was built with no gutter at one front corner which meant that a cascade of water ran off the roof and onto the entrance sidewalk. I called Jonathon and he came by later that day. He suggested a solution which sounded good to me, so he wrote up an estimate. He returned as scheduled with another worker and the two of them completed the job in one day. The solution was to add a short but wide gutter and a downspout which empties into a 39-foot-long drainpipe which they excavated and installed with a discharge pop-up valve at a low point near the driveway. At no extra charge, Jonathon even checked 2 existing gutter seams that I asked him about and re-sealed them, plus he cleaned a bunch of dirt out of the front gutter. He checked the rest of them and they were clean. He's a real nice guy to work with and I can definitely recommend this company.

We have a large front porch and needed the siding and overhang prepped and painted. We also needed the face boards and overhang on the remaining front portion of the house prepped and painted. Finally, we wanted guttering and two downspouts on the front of our house. Jonathan and one assistant sprayed down the area with bleach and power washed in order to remove mildew and dirt. The following day they scraped and caulked thoroughly before applying the Anchor outdoor paint, which we provided. The result was a like-new appearance to the entire area. A couple of days later, Jonathan and a guttering expert installed gutters with covers (we have a lot of trees) and downspouts that matched the paint color perfectly. The entire job, both painting and installation of the guttering, was done expertly and looks great. For quality work at a reasonable price, you cannot do better than this company.

Jonathan came to my house on June 9 to give me an estimate. After looking at my gutters, Jonathan told me all I really needed was a drip edge, apparently when the roof had been repaced years before the drip edge had been removed and not replaced. Jonathan also repaired the wood rot on the eave and front porch. Jonathan and one other worker came to the house and completed the job in one day. Jonathan showed me how one of the gutters, which had been holding water, was still leaning away from the downspout even after he had propped and secured it. I mentioned I had a rain chain I had purchased some time ago and he offered to cut a hole in that end of the gutter so I could hang the chain there. That has solved the problem plus it looks great. I hired Jonathan because of his honesty in telling me all I really needed to replace was the drip edge, instead of replacing the entire gutters, which he could have easily sold me. This cut the cost of the job in about half, saving me a considerable amount of money. I've been waiting to make sure the drip edge worked properly before writing this report. We've had several good rains since then and the gutters work beautifully. I would not hesitate recommending Jonathan to anyone needing work done on their house.

Jonathan Paolercio came to my home to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done with my gutters. He was knowledgeable and respectful. Knowledgeable - He was not just a salesman. I could tell he could do this work himself just as easily as the actual installers. Respectful - He did not try to sell me on anything more than what I asked for. This made his estimate more comfortable than others. I called Jonathan back a couple of weeks after the estimate to tell him I chose his company to do my gutters. He was flexible with my schedule and asked me if I preferred weekday or weekend, daytime or evening. On the day of the installation, Jonathan was the first to show up and the last to leave. Throughout the installation, I saw him walking around the house, communicating with the installers. At one point, Jonathan asked me to look at one side of my house where the shingles were curling up on the edge of the roof. This was causing water to get under the shingles. Jonathan and one of the installers told me they were able to fix it, they just wanted to inform me. I was very happy they told me, especially since they didn't have to tell me. I had the windows open around my house. I did not hear much for joking around. I did not hear crude language. I was surprised when, only after an hour, Jonathan told me the installation was complete. I walked around the house to inspect the job. Everything looked clean and professional. I especially liked seeing that there was no junk left behind in my yard. After I inspected, I paid Jonathan with a check, shook his hand, and watched everyone leave. Everyone worked very efficiently. I honestly recommend this company. I have no doubt that their landscaping and painting work is done just as professionally as my gutters were done.
