I found them on Angie's List. I thought their pricing was fair. I have already used them again at my business.

Jonathan was very responsive from the time of contact. He gave a competitive quote and told me it would take about a week. It was a large job as they had to do quite a bit of prepping (caulking, scraping, wood repair). He left me a full paint color chart to work out the colors as well as the gutter color chart. Additionally he provided good guidance on the type of paint to purchase & suggestions on colors. The current house paint had a lot of trim work - it was English Tudor style - and I was torn whether to repaint all the trim/accent boards or go with one basic color covering the majority of that trim/accent color. My budget helped make my decision so I went with one color - accenting the fascia boards with a different color. I struggled with that main color - Jonathan gave me a couple of great suggestions and I went with them. I will say that I purchased and picked up the paint and most of the caulking. I happened to hit a great sale at Sherwin Williams which actually saved more by purchasing myself. I purchased the amount Jonathan suggested and was lacking only 1 gallon (which Jonathan purchased at no additional cost to me). He also had to pick up more caulking - again, at no cost to me - he included both adds with the original labor quote. Due to a ton of rain our start date was delayed a week. On day one Jonathan showed up with a team of 5 and they didn't mess around. They had all the prepping and caulking completed, all the old guttering torn down..and even had the North side of the house painted! On day two they all showed up and completed the paint job. Day three a couple of the team showed up for a couple of hours to clean up and do touch up work. Way ahead of schedule! They took a day off to let the paint completely dry then came back (the full team) to put up the guttering and covers. This job only took about 4 hours. The house looks great - it has an entire new appearance - and the experience was a very good one. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises.

Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof. We were given an itemized quote free of charge and this was after he made several trips to our home to bring different color charts and brands. His crew (8 - 10 men) showed up on time as promised and finished in 2 days! Besides the excellent work, they cleaned all of the debris and hauled off every piece of old roofing, leaving us with a beautiful new roof!

We had hundreds of colors to choose from - and the color we picked matched our trim perfectly. We needed guttering in a corner which needed two downspouts. We also chose the optional gutter covers to keep out leaves. Jonathan made sure the work was done during the same time we replaced our roof, so we didn't have to schedule another job. The price was great - the work was excellent and the guttering looks amazing!

Jonathan was prompt in acccessing the gutter problems and giving me an estimate.....the work was done professionally. and timely.. Additionaly, I had concerns about the water drainage in the back yard.....Suggestions were made and estimate given on this project.......i definitely would use Precise Home Speciaists in the future.

I was very pleased with the job that Precise Home Specialties did. I had had a new roof put on my home and, since the guttering was over 30 years old, I assumed that I would need to have some or all of it replaced. Jonathan came out and looked at it and said that only the gutter covers needed replacing. The rest of the guttering looked fine. I was very impressed by his honesty, as he could easily have sold me all new guttering. Since I didn't have to spend as much money on my home guttering as I had anticipated, I decided to have Jonathan replace all the guttering at my barn. The old guttering was of poor quality , had rusted out in several areas, and the downspouts dumped all the water from the roof into the horse paddocks. Jonathan and his men replaced the old gutters and added four underground drains that channeled the water away from the paddocks. We have had several fairly heavy rains since then and the underground drains are performing very well. Jonathan and his crew showed up when they said they would, finished the job quickly, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

Jonathan was very punctual and gave me a quote within 15 minutes. I saw them as they performed the work; the quality and workmanship was excellent. He followed up with me multiple time to assure functionality and satisfaction. That is exactly what I wanted out of the contractor I chose, and he delivered it. I have since referred him to friends who needed similar work done.

Asked three companies for estimates. All came and looked at the house. Two produced bids, the third decided that there was too much second story work for the amount of time he could schedule. Of the two valid bids, Precise was not the lower bid. But with Precise I got an installer who was looking at the overall integrity of the house, not just putting up some guttering. We talked about how the water came off the roof and how it could be better routed away from the foundation (important as there is a basement) than the old configuration. The changes were not huge from a looks perspective - the neighbors didn't notice the difference at all. The largest change was the recommendation of an underground drain from one key downspout to a pop up valve 13' away to disburse the water. Again the downspout is in the same location, so there is no change to the look of the house. All the old gutters, and the mess in them, was hauled away. Also - they let me use actual product samples (which I had for a weekend) to select the guttering color, rather than some color chart on a piece of paper (as offered by the other bidder). Being able to see the product in different lighting really helped, and the color is perfect.

The quality of work was top notch and his price is reasonable. We would definitely recommend this company with no hesitation.

The job went well from the beginning. They came when I expected and completed on time. We are very pleased. They even did more work than was originally agreed on in the quote. I expected to pay more but they said they wouldn't charge for the extra work.

We have a 4,000 square foot two story victorian style house in the country that was suffering from neglect. We have attempted to refresh the paint in lower perimeter in the past, however, the upper level was something we could not handle. We called three different companies for estimates. There was some water damaged lap board siding around the brick line that needed to be replaced. There were some soffits on the second floor of the house that needed to be reinforced. There were spindles on the front porch that needed to be repaired or replaced. We received a quote from Precise Home Specialties for prep (including caulking & spot priming) and one coat of paint. We were quoted an hourly rate for four workers for the job costing between $7,200 - $9,600. We would need to provide the paint. We would need to hire a different contractor to handle the carpentry repairs. This was not the most expensive bid, however, we preferred a contractor that would quote the entire job. We decided on a different contractor for the job. We would be willing to give the contractor another opportunity to bid in the future,

Everything went well. We were very pleased with the installation, service and follow-up. We will use Precise again if the need arises...and will not hesitate to recommend their service to others.

The job was done very professionally with quality equipment. They are a hard working group.

It went very well. They have a lot of clients so there was a reschedule to another day that same week. However, the installation itself was very quick. It took only half the day since they have a large crew. They installed aluminum prefabricated but had tools for customization. They had gutters that matched the color and blended in some old gutters we had. It looks professional and it looks like it has always been there. I recommended them to a few of my close co-workers. It has been raining this week and the gutters work perfect. My budget was tight so we did not have them install underground hoses for the spouts. However, it was suggested to put some blocks beneath the spouts to redirect the water flow. It definitely works but we would re-consider that option if we are able to go back square one. A+ service. And is highly recommended.

Jonathan and his crew showed up on time, were neat in their work and very friendly. By the way, Jonathan works right beside them--he doesn't bid the job and send a crew out never to be seen again except to receive payment. If anything looked like it might be different than we had originally talked about he would ask to show me what the difference was. For example at one point I had wanted the down spouts on the front of the house--he showed me that the water would have to turn a corner and it might be better to have them placed on the side of the house--he was right and now they don't show from a street view of my home. Another time he pointed out a tiny dent in one of the new down spouts and asked if I wanted it replaced. I wasn't sure I would have seen it if he hadn't pointed it out to me and while I was debating whether to have it done he said that he didn't like it and he was going to replace it. The guys came out and power washed my house, caulked it, sanded it, painted 2 coats and cleaned up all in a week and a day. They were here every day except one day when it was sprinkling and Jonathan called to say they were waiting until noon to see if the weather would break and then called at noon to say it was still sprinkling and they would be out the next morning. My house looks GREAT. The quality of the work is unbeatable and the superior work ethic is refreshing. This guy is very professional and doesn't leave you guessing about anything. He is wonderful about communicating everything so there are no surprises. I was very impressed with Precise House Specialties and will be having them back to see about doing a pretty large landscaping job for me in late September. You will NOT be disappointed!!

He arrived when he said he would. Did what he said he'd do. Jonathan & his crew cleaned up after themselves. Very professional! Additionally, repaired some roof leaks for us at no charge to us. We were very pleased.

Jonathan and his team were always courteous and professional. We had agreed ahead of time on a per-man-hour rate for the painting and they all worked quickly and efficiently, in spite of the blazing heat. He made sure all the paint colors matched, and the edging was meticulous. It looks terrific. They cleaned up after themselves completely and left us neatly labeled cans of leftover paint. On the roof repair, I have to give Jonathan a special commendation for his responsiveness. He had originally fixed a small hole in the roof along with repairing and covering the guttering. A few days later we were having the ceiling repaired in the dining room (from the original roof leak), and discovered another hole that could not be seen from the outside. There had been no flashing installed in this location when the roof was replaced 12 years ago. The location was such that only a freak storm would cause it to leak, which is how it had been undetected for so long. Jonathan rescheduled his day and spent that afternoon sealing it up. He was so concerned, he asked us to check it that evening and the next morning before we finished the ceiling repair work. It is now probably the most secure place on our entire roof. He did an excellent job. I would definitely use Precise Home Specialties again.

John showed up the day and time he said he would and performed the job professionally and to my satisfaction. His estimate matched what I paid with no surprises and add ons. John was professional and prompt. I found the price to be on the higher side compared to other companies I interviewed but I found Precise to be more trustworthy, therefore I went with them. I do not regret my decision.

Jonathan had covered our north gutters -- the ones underneath our trees -- about 7 years ago. I was dubious about any gutter covering at the time, but the gutter screen looked like the best option. Today, I can tell you it works. We were pleased at the time with his professionalism; now we had one south gutter that was not performing, and we looked him up to ask for an estimate. In looking him up, we noticed that he had expanded his operation to include painting and tree trimming. We were in need of both, as well, so we asked him for an estimate for all three. His estimate was reasonable, so we asked him to do the jobs. Our porch is a high traffic area, and was in desperate need of new paint. The decorative wall and the deck had all been painted the same color originally, and we wanted them to match. He was very knowledgeable about the various options for painting -- stains, satins, and whatnot -- and although the years will be the final test, all three look very good right now, and we have no reason to believe it won't be otherwise. During the work on the gutters, his crew noticed a critter had burrowed a hole in a hard-to-see place in the eaves. He offered to fix that as well, but when we didn't take him up on the offer immediately he didn't pressure us. He had also noticed a piece of damaged gutter; he originally thought he could repair it, but upon closer examination he recommended replacing it, and did so. During the work on the decorative wall, he noticed that the wall was rotting in places and in danger of falling down, and offered to fix that as well. Again, he gave us multiple options; we took him up on the repair and I think that his fix is functional and doesn't distract. His estimate was accurate; each time he recommended additional work he gave us an additional estimate, and we knew where we were with the costs.

I bought an older home last year that had no gutters and wanted to get some installed prior to the spring weather this year. The color of the house was difficult to get a match using available factory aluminum gutters, so knowing that this company also does exterior painting I requested that we paint the gutters to get the match I wanted. After time passed and Jonathan and I exhausted all other options, he came around to agree to paint the gutters as I originally requested. The gutters and downspouts don't detract from the overall appearance at all now as we were concerned they would - the guys did a first rate job with the installation, we are very pleased. I only wish there hadn't been the delay getting the work done - a lot of rain fell during the interim before the install happened. I'm pleased with Jonathan's work though and would recommend him to others.

Called Jonathan to set appointment for him to come and give an estimate. He showed up prepared to estimate work and gave me an exact figure for the work that needed to be done. We scheduled a time and they showed up and performed the job in both an expedient and professional manner. There were no last minute added costs or delays. They were professional, courteous, and left the job site cleaned up. I would recommend them highly.

I got three estimates for having new guttering put on our house. Jonathan at Precise Home Specialties price was in the same range as the others, but he saved me money by being flexible and addressing our specific needs. He is very helpful and professional. He paid attention and offered ways to save but still get a great result. Our guttering looks great and performs well also! We were very surprised how much better our house looked. I never really thought of new guttering as a visual improvement, but this definitely makes our house look well kept. Jonathan made sure the color was right and that everything was perfect. He arrived with his crew and was the last to leave. No landscaping was disturbed. He told us he also does painting and landscaping. If we ever need any of those things, we would definitely call him. They were working in the area when I called them. They came out quickly and we had a talk. They gave me the quote before I went out of town. It was for $450. I called them when I got back. The weather has been bad here, so they were not able to do the work because it is work that needs to be done outside. They should be able to do it maybe by the end of the week.
