 + -1 moreJonathan and his crew installed approximately 125 feet of guttering, drip edge, and gutter covers as well as 4 downspouts for us. He had many colors to choose from and had a color that was an excellent match for our house. It looks great. It was completed in one day. In fact, he will be installing an underground drain for us next week to help with the water run-off issue we have in the front of the house.

 + 0 moreJonathan came over to my house to introduce himself to me in the spring of 2012 after completing a gutter covering job at my next door neighbors house. I told him that we had several projects going on and to come back and see me in the fall to discuss painting my house. He came back in the fall and not only did he paint my house but he also replaced my gutters and we coulnd't be more happy with his work. The impressive thing about Jonathan is that he is not pushy and VERY service oriented. He explains everything that he is going to do for the price and DELIVERS on those promises. Since then Jonathan has done various jobs around the house for us and my wife and I have have not had one reason to complain. He installed gutter covers and painted some shutters that I built. He has bent over backwards to resolve some issues and I thank him for going above and beyond to make us a happy customer. I would recommend Jonathan for any service he provides as he friendly, dependable and most of all honest about what service he is going to deliver.

 + -1 moreI wish all contractors were like Jonathan. He and his crew were fast, but thorough. They arrived when scheduled and cleaned up before leaving. Communication was excellent throughout all aspects of the project. Workmanship was top notch. We had a large project so price was fair.
Description of Work: Gutters were cleaned, sagging areas were repaired, and covers were installed. A 30' section of gutter was replaced and 4 pop-up emitters were installed where downspouts were draining onto flower beds and sidewalks.

 + -1 moreI spoke to them on the phone to ask for service, they came out to take a look and provide an estimate. Then came back about a week later to do the work. I would definitely be there for the estimate so he can explain the work that's going to be done. He recommended some other items that could be replaced in the future. He didn't come across as pushy, just more like a helpful service person.
Description of Work: I needed the flashing repaired on a small section of our roof so rain water coming off the roof wouldn't go between the gutter and soffit. This was fixed for a very reasonable price and the work met my expectations. We've used this company on several occasions for gutter work and every time we have been very pleased with the work.

 + 2 moreThe job went well. I was a iittle frustrated at times, because I'm not used to having people around my house later in the afternoons and evenings, but it was well worth it over all.
Description of Work: Jonathan was recommended to me by the young man that mows my yard. I was looking for someone to prune and clean up shrubs, etc. He and his crew did a wonderful job - it was quite a chore and was accomplished in a day. He even hauled off the trimmings! My house needed to be painted pretty badly and I was avoiding the whole situation - who do I call, will it look okay, do I want to go with siding, those type of questions. Jonathan made an offer to paint the back of the house which was in desperate shape for what seemed to be a reasonable price. He also made an estimate on the remainder of the house, but I wanted to see what the back was going to look like. When I saw how thoroughly the house was prepped it seemed a no-brainer to have the rest of the house painted. They truly did a great job with an old, old house. They scraped, sanded, caulked and used an oil based primer and then a top coat of quality paint. They repaired some minor trim damage and the house really looks great! In addition, he replaced the guttering that had been removed when the house was roofed and I have to say it all looks wonderful!

He showed up on time and completed the agreed work in approximately 2 hours. After his cleaning, he provided his assessment and we discussed some potential problem areas of my guttering. One particular area was improperly pitched and he realigned the guttering for free! The service was excellent and I would recommend his company with high marks!!

 + -1 moreAfter calling Precise Home Specialties, Jonathan stopped by the same day to survey the guttering and provide an estimate. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and talked me through the process. We have a pergola that was built very close to the house, and I thought that might be a problem to remove the guttering behind it and put new guttering in. He assured me that they could get it done. The estimate was fair and they came back to do the work. The crew was very hard working and polite, and everything looked perfect when they were done. The guttering has really made a difference in curb appeal to the house - It's hard to believe that we let the old stuff go for so long. There wasn't a scrap or a screw left behind - They cleaned up everything and we're totally satisfied with the work!

The owner of the company, Jonathan Paolercio, promptly returned our call and arranged to stop by and give us an estimate that very same day, as he was working in the area (Midtown). Jonathan was polite, punctual, and very knowledgeable. In fact, we were so impressed with his expertise that we decided to go ahead and have he and his team install gutter covers to prevent us from having to call him back repeatedly to clean out the gutters. The work was scheduled at a time that was convenient for us, and was completed on time. The gutter covers were installed very professionally, and all materials and trash were cleaned up. After the work began, it was discovered that we had some areas that needed to be sealed - Jonathan and his crew took care of those areas without an extra charge. I would highly recommend Precise Home Specialties and will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: Precise Home Specialties is a gem of a company. Jonathan is prompt in replying to inquiries and was able to do the work for the price and time estimated. We had some problems in the past with water coming over our poorly hung gutters and seeping into the basement below. We replaced the gutters about 5 years ago hoping to solve the problem, but the company we chose then quickly put up the new ones with no consideration for our problems. Precise Home Specialties solved all the problems with the previous guttering and more. He replaced part of the gutters and downspouts for us and matched the color so well we will not need to repaint. He also made sure the flow of the water was correct and suggested moving downspouts where necessary to achieve the correct flow. He had to loosen the remaining gutters to install a drip line which should have been done with the previous job and cleaned and installed gutter covers. He made secure connections to underground drainage systems and extended one downspout underground past our patio as well as covering a drain line which had surfaced from underground. He is extremely attentive to detail and his workers are personable and hard working. They completely cleaned the surrounding areas when they were finished.

Jonathan took his time on the first visit and actually came back out to inspect on two other occassions prior to the work being performed. During this time he and his helper proposed smart solutions to our problems and really took the time to explain everything in detail and did not tire of my questions. The work was started on-time and his crew was diligent throughout the process. I am very pleased with my new outside drain and guttering. Now, if it would only rain!!!

He came out and personally walked me through my options (repair vs. replacement), and was very good to talk through the pros and cons with me. We chose to replace. They communicated extremely well with us, showed up on time, did great work, left a clean job site, and the end result looks great. The only problem is that we haven't had any rain since then! They charge a fair price that is really good considering the materials they use and their workmanship.

He made sure I was very involved in the process of fixing the problem. He agreed on the price and after shopping around, his price was very reasonable. He showed up with his crew on the appointed date. After installing the catch basins and the drains, he called me to inspect it. My wife and I were very pleased by his work! Jonathan was very helpful and was willing to help us on another project as well.
Description of Work: Jonathan and his worker installed and connected 5 catch basins in my backyard to an existing pipe. My backyard has had problems with standing water. He also installed 3 gutter drains as recommended by the home inspector It took him one and a half day to accomplish his work.

Decided to get both done at the same time, and he gave me an estimated start date. They were actually able to start the project earlier than anticipated and completed it quickly. During initial meeting went through options available to me and provided an itemized cost estimate. The gutters turned out great and the process went smoothly. I also had the exterior of my house painted at the same time. The painting results were also excellent and gave my home a much needed facelift. I would recommend using Jonathan for both guttering and painting needs. Had originally contacted another company...from Angie's List...that did not come by to provide an estimate as they promised and never returned my calls. Wish I would have called Jonathan first!

 + 1 moreJonathan is thoroughly professional and goes above and beyond in the work he and his crew do. He had great suggestions which saved me money and improved the result - 1. A drain pipe to the creek from the downspouts that were washing my soil down hill (rather than a french drain) and 2. A metal paint to brighten up the guttering after their thorough cleaning and new gutter covers. He is very knowledgeable about what he does - my roof is very steep and in order to capture the water without the debris, he recommended gutter covers that have worked great. He also, without me expecting it, reseeded grass where they had dug drain and replanted a couple of daylillies that were in the path. That digging went through tree roots and around multiple trees. It's May and the the work was done two months ago - everything has worked just as he explained and even the cotton from the cottonwood trees aren't clogging the gutter! When we have heavy rain, my back yard no longer becomes a lake and I'm able to grow grass on the steep portions of my yard.Thank you Jonathan!

But once we did get finally get the point across he did an excellent, reasonable, fast, effective job.
