We had a great experience with Jonathan and his crew throughout our large (6,000 sq ft of exterior surface) painting project. Jonathan was great at communicating with us throughout, and came by all the time to check on the status of the project. He was very easy to work with and did everything we asked for and more. We received several quotes, and the price was very competitive. You can trust he will make sure the project is done right.

Jonathan and his crew replaced guttering on our house back in 2010, and when it came time to install gutters on another house I'm selling, I knew exactly who to call. Jonathan came quickly to provide a quote, which was very fair considering the amount of work to be done. Once we agreed to proceed and picked out a color, they went to work and completed the job well in time for closing. The guttering looks great, and the new homeowners will be very happy with everything - I feel relieved knowing that the work was done right and will definitely use Precise Home Specialties again in the future.

It went very well. Jonathan came by to provide an estimate. He was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. His crew started with the interior due to the weather. They put plastic over all furniture and on areas where they walked. Jonathan came by multiple times per day to review the work and to discuss its status and to answer our questions. We also appreciated his recommendations. His crew then proceeded to the exterior and again performed very well to patch and paint. We and Jonathan identified touch-up areas which were quickly taken care of. The work took about 10 days which was what he originally projected. The cost was higher than originally proposed and Jonathan alerted us in a timely manner so we could discuss options. The reasons for going over budget (for which we agree) were: 1. some wall papered rooms (especially the master bath) were more difficult than anticipated. The MBA had wall paper under wall paper and it had not been correctly installed which would have made it easier to remove. We finally had to redo the walls with something called Level 5 and they now look great. 2. Painting the LR, entryway, and hallway popcorn ceilings was already part of the proposal. We decided to paint the DR popcorn ceiling and the master bath and hallway bath popcorn ceilings. 3. additional paint was needed for the outside to provide a complete second coat due to the drastic color change.. Jonathan and his crew were always polite and professional and good about cleaning up. We were able to remain in the home for all but two nights when the bathrooms were not available due to the bathroom work. We are very pleased with the work and have received compliments from neighbors about the exterior results. Our house is a 2100 square foot ranch, brick/cedar siding, 3 BR, 2.5BA, kitchen, LR, DR, FR, entryway, hallway. Trim and gutters different color from main external color. We would hire Precise again.

Jonathan and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job. There were areas of wood that needed to be repaired and/or replaced, and that was done along with the painting. They were very particular about the prep work, and use quality Sherwin Williams paint for the job.

I had used this company before and knew they did good work. I phoned Jonathon to have him come by to give me an estimate. He came over that same day and I agreed to the proposed bid. They used high-quality paint. The paint job is the best I've seen. Highly recommend! Gutter/downspout replacement was very good as well.

Johnathan gave me an estimate and a start date a couple of weeks away. He was able to get started a couple of days early and finished the whole job (painting the body of the house and trim different colors than the original as well as some minor repair work to fix rotten wood) in 5 days! His team of painters are experienced, friendly and very hard-working. Their attention to detail was exceptional and Johnathan made sure we were completely satisfied with the work.

Jonathan was very helpful in selecting the colors for the house. His crew was prompt, courteous and very professional. Jonathan offered helpful advice about little details along the way. His crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We could not be more pleased.

This is the second time I have used Jonathan & his crew and once again the entire experience was excellent. From start to finish I appreciated the timely communication, courteous and neat workers and superior quality work. This was an exterior stucco job and I will be calling them in the near future for interior work.

This was our second time using Johnathan and his crew. We had a hole in the kitchen ceiling repaired from a water leak and then painted including the ceiling and moldings. We had our master bedroom and living room painted, both of which have vaulted ceilings. It is always a bit hectic when having a work crew in your home, but we felt very comfortable with the crew and they were very efficient. Johnathan the owner does a good job of explaining what steps the project will require and what to expect. We felt the price were reasonable and would recommend them.

Wonderful! Jonathan & crew showed up when they said they would. Did all prep and painted as agreed. Cleanup was excellent. I could not have been more happy. Of the three quotes, Jonathan's was the highest, but he impressed me that the materials to be used were top notch and his painters were professional, and they were!

Prompt, efficient, quick. Did what I asked in the three different tasks. 1) Replaced siding with waterproof type in an area where leaves gather, and painted it. 2) Augmented gutter in a place where water overflows the side and recaulked area. 3) Removed mold on brick from water overflowing gutter. Did try to push more gutter work in that area, but relented to my request. Responded quickly to my call.

Great quality work. Kept worksite very clean, no damage to landscaping around house. Completed work within specified timeframes!

We were very pleased with the service we received. We had some scheduling challenges because of out of town visitors, and because we were going to be out of town ourselves. Jonathon (owner) juggled his various jobs around to work within the context of our schedule. They got it done timely and professionally. I really like how they made some recommendations for additional caulking that had never been done before. And finally, the finished product looks great! We would definitely use Jonathon & Precise Home Specialties again.

It went well ... workers showed up on time and got the job done in one day, cleaned up after themselves, and even put our splash pads in place once they were done.

We are very pleased with the work done by Jonathan and his team. Performed a power wash first. They sprayed and rolled paint on for good coverage. They were careful to protect against paint over spray and drips and cleaned up when it did happen. Good color match using highest quality Sherwin Williams paint. Jonathan was very professional and helpful We highly recommend this company.

Work proceeded as scheduled and was completed in a timely manner without any issues. The new drain carries the water to the street and we have had no problems since.
