Johnathan was quick to go after needed materials, was readily accessible to both owner and his workers. He made very clear what work would be done, how it would be done, what each type of work would cost, and work was performed as promised. All workers were prompt, friendly, helpful with questions.

I had previously used Precise for the exterior painting of my house and Jonathan and team were my first choice for a big, complex interior paint job (4 rooms plus kitchen cabinets and fireplace). Jonathan reviewed my job and gave me great advice regarding colors and paint types, length of the job, and other valuable advice. One of the great benefits of using Precise is the time and attention Jonathan provides both prior to and during the project. Jonathan listens to what you are needing, offer great advice and provides high quality, personal oversight of the job itself. Jonathan quoted a reasonable price and given the complexity and size of the job I thought was more than fair. Jonathan's painting team is top notch- the two professionals that worked on my house were just that - true professionals. They are expert painters and gave great time and attention to the details of my interiors. They arrived each day on time and worked diligently throughout the day. In terms of the quality of the paint job-- spectacular. The color and paint combinations on the walls and ceilings have transformed my interiors. The work on the kitchen cabinets was nothing short of amazing. It is truly like having brand new cabinets at a fraction of the cost of new cabinets. I am amazed at how good they look. My job was not an easy one -- with a lot of crown molding and ceiling beams to work with. The work took a day longer than expected, but I appreciate the extra time the crew took to get the job right. The crew also took time to thoroughly clean up before they left. I am very happy again with the job done by Jonathan and team, and am already thinking about my third project with Precise.

We were very impressed with Jonathan and his team. He contacted us immediately and came out to give us an estimate within days. He was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He told us that he was not the most expensive but not the cheapest either. When we asked him why he was higher than the other estimates he explained the detail and quality of work he does. We were not disappointed! He and his team did a phenomenal job and it was definitely worth the money. The men working for him were also professional, friendly and hard-working. They finished the work within 4 days and made sure that we were pleased with all the work before they left. Our neighbors loved his work as well and have asked for his number. We will be calling him for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone needing work on their home.

I left a message with the business. I was called within 2 hours to give me a rough estimate and set up a time for a gentleman to take a look at my gutter requests. He agreed to a time and was prompt and professional. He discussed what needed to be done and gave a written itemized estimate. He said he could get to it within the next few days after finishing other jobs. He called the day before to let me know that tomorrow morning he would be available to do them if it was a good time. He showed up with his team on time and completed the job. The price wasn't any higher than the estimated price he gave and was lower than what I had estimated based upon online research of what I wanted done. I would definitely use Precise Home Specialties again for any other needs as they don't just do guttering, but painting, landscaping, and roofing, among other projects. I was happy with the looks and results and pleased with the overall professionalism and experience .

I contacted Johnathan at Precise Home Specialties earlier in the Summer about painting the exterior of my house. He came over, looked over the job and sent me an estimate via email the next day. We agreed on the work to be done (including some rotted wood replacement) and scheduled an approximate date. At that time, he had a couple of month backlog of painting projects, but I was in no hurry. Johnathan kept in touch with me during the wait, letting me know when he thought they'd be starting. His crew showed up on time and started to work. The first day was spent power-washing the entire house. I should mention that this paint job was of a full 3500 square foot house - exterior brick included, so it was a big paint job. The second and third day was prep work, including caulking, replacing rotted wood, etc. The last two days was painting (three colors) and clean up. Jonathan dropped by several times each day. We'd walk around the house and I'd point out areas that needed extra work. He would always immediately tell his crew what needed to be done. His crew was great - hard workers and friendly. Overall, the project went well and the house looks great. I would highly recommend Precise Home Specialties to anyone needing painting work.

The whole job was done well. Jonathan, the owner, measured up and gave me a bid price. The employee cleaned the gutters and installed the guards which were fastened down with screws. He then picked up all the bits and hosed down the patio and demonstrated that the underground drains were flowing freely. When Jonathan returned he inspected all the work. He reduced the bid price by $60.00 because it required less footage than his original estimate. I was very pleased with the work.

From the start of this large project to the end Jonathon and his team were on time, accessible and communicative. The finished product is excellent and surpassed my picky expectations. I am just a homeowner who wants a square deal (not something for nothing) and precise work done so that I don't have to do it myself for it to be done right. This team of pros did it and started and finished ahead of schedule. I cannot give a better review than this. Quality work is not cheap but it isn't super expensive either. Jonathon had a fair price and did exactly as I had hoped for. I feel like I got my money's worth and a quality job that is going to stand the test of time. What can I say, I went off other people's reviews on Angie's list and hoped for the best. I feel fortunate that other people took the time to share their experience and hope that you get the same from this review

The owner himself (Jonathan Paolercio) responded within one day to my inquiry for work and an estimate. He came to my home and examined my current guttering, listened to the drainage problem I was having, and made a recommendation. He explained his recommendation, answered all my questions, and provided a competitive written estimate. Although he said that due to work load it might take up to two weeks to get the job started, I was very pleased and surprised that he was able to schedule it just a couple of days later. They completed the work in one day and came back the next day to inspect and complete final cleanup. The gutters have been working very well since installation. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future when/if the need arises.

Workers arrived early and worked throughout the day. Did caulking as needed. Painted new light fixtures outside the house as well as mail box. Manager was on-site every day. He spoke Spanish so had no trouble with workers who did not speak English.Everyone was a hard worker and friendly. Workers and manager made very helpful suggestions.

Jonathan came and gave us an estimate for repairing and painting the wood trim on our 1927 brick home. He had several jobs going at once so we had to wait about three weeks. He kept in touch with us during that time regarding what colors we chose, etc. They finished up a job early and were able to get to us sooner than we expected. His crew were excellent! They worked quickly and efficiently and Jonathan stopped in a couple times a day to see how things were going. He also checked in with us. He was responsive and easy to work with. The job took 4 days and they did a good job of cleaning up each evening when they left. I was surprised when Jonathan charged us less than his estimate--he didn't have to tell us the materials were less than estimated. I highly recommend this provider and would hire them again.

Jonathan and his crew did a excellent job painting my dads house. The house had been neglected for years which caused allot of paint to crack and some wood rot that needed replacing. Jonathan was able to show me exactly what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. They crew was very respectful and left the job site clean every day. I've had Jonathan and his crew paint the exterior of my house, seal a newly erected fence, and install gutters and gutter screen on 3 separate occasions. The story with him is consistent. He is prompt, professional, personable, up front, communicative, and on point. His prices are fair, and you will get an extremely professional job whatever he's doing for you. He takes the time to answer all your questions. His crewmembers are also the best--friendly, professional, fast, and accommodating. When it comes time to have the gutters flushed out, I'll be calling him back. If there is a job that he can do, hire him. The crew showed up early and immediately began prepping several rooms for painting. They worked well as a team and stuck to the task all day and into the evening. They also touched up other miscellaneous areas throughout the house. They cleaned up all the furniture coverings, tape and other trash from the project.

Jonathan was very professional and honest. He made honest suggestions and can tell this team is really experienced and spend time doing the job right. They were at my place on time and cleaned out the gutters and power washed them. I asked them to clean the flat top roof, not only they cleaned flat top they also cleaned rest of the roof. They also cleaned up after the job was completed. This included cleaning 3 of my decks that had debris fallen on top. Overall A+ job and would recommend this team to anyone who like quality work with peace of mind that job will be done correctly in the first place.
