Description of Work: They made some gutter repairs, cleaned the downspouts and installed gutter covers. When I initially called, the contractor called me back right away, even though he was on vacation. He stopped by the following Saturday and we discussed the problems with my gutters and he gave me a quote on the spot for gutter covers. The work was completed the following Tuesday. They also made a minor repair to my wooden gate, no charge. I have gotten quotes for this type of work before and it was at least 50% higher.

I would definetly use them again and I would give them the highest recommendation possible.

Description of Work: I had new gutters installed on a fifteen year-old home and joined Angie's List specifically for the purpose of finding quality contractors to perform this work. I rarely cold call service providers and instead rely heavily on referrals from trusted sources, but had no previous experience with this service area and couldn't locate a referral. I previously called another company with a large adverting budget and a big sign on a big building near my home, but they never returned my call. After joining AL I realized others had similar quality of service issues with the big guys as well. Thus the immediate return on investment for the minimal cost of my Angie's List membership. Enter Precise Home Specialties who did promptly return my call to setup an appointment. We left the time for the bid meeting open on the chosen day as my schedule was flexible. Jonathan, the owner, took the time to call anyway to let me know his morning was busy but he would call when he was an hour away. Jonathan did call as promised and upon arrival provided me a well thought-out bid with several options. I was thankful he took the time to point out the absence of drip edge which could have led to water damage under the new gutters. He also accommodated my request to paint the facia board as part of the installation, and although I paid the labor, he did not take the easy opportunity to up-sell additional work or charge unreasonably for the added service. Before leaving he suggested an installation day for the following week. I received a courtesy call from Jonathan the day prior to installation to confirm their intended arrival time the next morning. Jonathan and crew arrived on time and did not waste any time during the nine-plus hour install. My new gutters look supreme! The quality and thoughtfulness of their installation work is obviously there. His crew cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any "loose ends" which are all too often an unfortunate part of even good service providers' projects. Jonathan was on the job site virtually all day and I observed him checking the quality of all aspects of their installation. I've reflected on the wisdom of using the word "precise" in the name of any service provider, especially considering the immediacy and saturation capability of today's social media. That's a strategic move that could lead to many an unfortunate play on words, if, you weren't willing or able to stand behind your name. But Precise Home Specialties earns the name and although I don't expect to have to rely upon warranty coverage from Jonathan Paolercio, I am convinced that should the need arise, Precise Home Specialties will perform precisely in keeping with the quality of response, service, and accuracy I've experienced thus far. I am well pleased and I expect at some point in the future I will again rely upon Precise Home Specialties for some other service within the full range of their service offerings, which includes exterior drainage, landscaping, roofing, and interior and exterior painting.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate to paint the exterior of a one story older home built in 1948 that was up for sale. Precise Home Specialties called me in a timely manner, scheduled the appointment and was prompt. I was very pleased with the thorough assessment of the job and the detailed explanation regarding the scope of the required work. Work was not performed on the home as the decision was made not to sale the home. Given the positive experience I had with PHS, I will certainly use their service in the future.

Description of Work: I want to start this review by clarifying that the price I paid was for 3 separate big jobs--guttering replacement and home exterior and interior painting. I had called seveal contractors to come out and bid for the project and Jonathan was the first and only one to contact us back promptly. Jonathan was very responsive from the time of contact. He gave a competitive quote and told me it would take about a week which turned into a month because we liked his work so well . The house was in great need of a makeover so It was a large job as they had to do quite a bit of prepping (caulking, scraping, wood repair). He left me a full paint color chart to work out the colors as well as the gutter color chart. Additionally he provided good guidance on the type of paint to purchase & suggestions on color The house colors Jonathan suggested to us makes our house look like a million dollars . His workers were extremely professional and meticulous about his work. I will definitely use him in the future.

He was punctual and conscientious and completed his work on time. I would definately hire him again. He did painting, chimney cap install, guttering and yard drainage work.
