They were on time for the estimate, walked me around explaining what they found and the corrective measures they recommend. The crew was experienced, handled the job like the professionals they are, had folks onsite cleaning debris as it hit the ground! Much more thorough than any other roofing company I have witnessed in the neighborhood. I have recommended Craig to others and will continue to do so. AAAA+ in my book!!!

About 4 years ago I used them for my personal home. I'm a realtor and they worked on two of my buyers as well. Everybody is very pleased. I recommend them all the time. Never had anybody that is not pleased.

They did very well. The cleaned up well and did a good job on the roof.

Perfection Roofing has done a roof for me and a roof for the office building where I work. Both times they were very professional, honest and fair. I think their prices were reasonable and I was always confident I was getting a good value and a well-installed roof. They communicated well throughout the process and were very patient with me along the way. It took me literally years to decide to do the roof at my house (I had been hoping for hail), but they stuck with me throughout. Thanks Perfection of two jobs done well!

Absolutely perfect. All work done as agreed on time at the agreed upon price. Clean up was performed on a daily basis and there was no evidence of such a large job having been performed upon completion. The new roof has significantly limited the noise inside our home from the extreme wind and storms that we experience. The new color and style of shingles has improved the appearance of our home to the extent that most of our neighbors have made a point of coming over to tell us how much they like the improvements! Craig is very experienced and trustworthy and his knowledge of roofing and materials was second to none in our shopping experience. The actual roofers were courteous, respectful and professional from beginning to end. This was an over all excellent experience resulting in a beautiful roof for the most competitive price! It went well. Two days after they finished, I had a limb damage my roof. Perfection came out and fixed it.

While there were a few bumps in the road as far as communication (this is only natural when having something big done), things evened out quickly and I'm very satisfied with the job that was done. Roof looks fantastic! They thoroughly cleared all remnants of the old roof. This company also can install guttering - this will be something I will use them for as well - and also add a partial metal roofing with my shingle roofing in the future. Very excited to use them again. This company will go above and beyond and will work with you on any issues. Also, if you have dogs, probably best to make other potty arrangements. :-)

Telephone this company to repair a leak in my roof of my home. Salesperson came out the next day. Advised me they needed to make and inspection of the area and based on the inspection could give me a price and then repair the leak. I them waited for 7 days no one came or contacted me. On the 8th day received an email from the roofer that they would be out the next day but did not show. On the 12th day sent another email and made a call to follow up - no reply. On the 13th day advised this roofing company we were no longer interested as we contacted another roofing company and they made the repair that day.

Perfection Roofing did a fantastic job. It's been a year since they re-roofed my shop, and despite it's south side being unprotected from wind, it's held up wonderfully. When a job is done well, and to your expectations it's difficult to point out some of the good things, but some of the things that stuck out to me were; They helped me select a shingle color so that my shop building's roof would be the same color as my house. They cleaned up the work site - not a nail or scrap shingle left. They communicated well, and accurately set my expectations of when they'd be able to do the roofing. Roofing isn't something anyone looks forwarding to needing done, and I hope to not need to hire a roofer for many years to come... but, when I do, I'll be calling Perfection Roofing first.

The porch was my dad's. He had been suffing from cancer for the last year and a half. Work was done on April 21, 2014 and he subsequently passed away on July 26, 2014. He was not in any frame of mind to monitor or question work. He thought the work was ok. However, the 9 rafters were completely shattered and this company nailed them back together and "scabbed" on to them - not even putting them through to the inside of the roof so as to be resting on the support beam in both the house portion or at the end edge of the porch. The scope of work as they described was not followed. Roof to be replaced, sheathing and decking to be replaced (several severely cracked and splintered as well). I made a call on 8/14/14 and left message. Received a call back on 8/15/14 and I proceeded to explain I thought the workmanship was very, very poor. He asked in what way and I began to explain about the scabbing of the demolished rafters and he said it was an acceptable procedure and that my dad thought it was fine. He did not let me express my thoughts further and suggested I speak with the owner and he would have him contact me. I told him thanks, I would like that. When you look at the before pictures and see the shape of these rafters, there is NO way they could be salvaged and mad e safe by scabbing on to them. In addition, it is unlikely they took a look at the support beam at the end of the porch, as it has a slight bow at the impact location, which concludes in my mind that it could be cracked. The scope of work also included to replace chain link fench along the one run of the yard where the tree fell. The chain link was stretched back into place and only a smalll 8-10 foot section replaced at the front of the yard by the gate where there was no damage to the fence. The porch was painted with a redwood stain and overspray got on several locations of the siding.

The whole experience was great. The quality of the work was excellent. The employees were professional and took pride in their work. The company handled the bidding and follow up very fast. If you need a job done now they can do it. Their suggestions were taken and the house looked better for it. The company is honest and you will feel glad that you had them do your work.

They were prompt and very competitive with their price. They worked very carefully around the property. They made sure they picked up all nails each and everyday. I watched them roof the neighbors house, and I seen that they cut everything very straight and did excellent work.

There were no problems during the process and we don't anticipate any problems whenever we have rains again, but if we do, we'll be sure to report about it.

I called Perfection because they were a roofer that said they would "pay your deductible". That worked out pretty well, but that meant I never got a price on the job until it was complete and billed. Even the estimate didn't include an amount, which means is wasn't really an estimate. The only other thing I didn't really like was that they really didn't say much of anything about different shingle types and qualities - just went ahead and put the cheapest one down. In this particular instance, that was fine, but had there been more discussion about the details I think I would have made another choice of shingle. I said I would use the company again because I had no major issues with them (at least not so far, it's only been a few months), but I would not just call them first. I would go back to the drawing board and consider other companies before making a decision.

They were fast, efficient and neat. They patrolled the grounds for stray nails and debris. They left it better than they found it. I would use them again, but hopefully not for another 15 years or so!

The roofer made an appointment with me and said that he would call me back but then told me that he forgot about the appointment. So I didn’t get a call from him and I didn’t use his services to get the work done. He came out to give me the estimate. We decided to hire an architect and do some other kind of planning instead of just installing the roof on the old house. The roofer did come the next time and he was very professional at that time. It was irritating and I actually had two interactions with him. So the first interaction was bad and his responsiveness was poor.

They did a really nice job on the repair. They came out pretty soon, right after the storm. They couldn't come right away because there was so much work, but they were pretty prompt under the circumstances. I would recommend them to anybody.

They came out and did and estimate and then without telling me the price wanted me to sign a contract. They then came to my office and wanted me to sign the contract and when I said let me think about it because I was advised to get several estimates. I asked do you have a card, he said yes and went to his truck and never brought in the card. They were very unprofessional and never gave a price on the roof like I had asked.

Good experience. Danny Peck was prompt, courteous and efficient. He made a 2nd visit because it appeared the roof was still leaking. However, the places he repaired were not leaking, but he found another leak which he promptly repaired at no charge.

I have used this company three times before and by gosh, they are wonderful. I have no complaints with my roof at all. It did cost a little more than a usual roof. Only because there was quite a bit involved. Overall, everything is just fine and I am very happy. I have no leaks or anything. The men treated me very kind, too. A recommendation is not very hard to give here.
