 + -1 moreDana Rae Penn and Dale Penn... owners of Penn Development LLC were contracted to build our home. They were paid on time according to terms of the contract. 6 months into construction we discovered that Dana and Dale Penn were not paying their subcontractors for work done and as a result liens were being placed on our home. In the end we had to complete the project ourselves and pay all remaining sub-contractors.
