Description of Work: Ted rewired the garage area where the wires had been cut by vandals. we also had an appointment on Friday but no one called or showed up to do the work. I called and explained that they forgot to take down my address when they made the appointment. He rescheduled it and did a excellent job.

 + -1 moreEverything went fine. Wasn't the hardest job to do, being that the new outlet box was installed ~2-2.5' from the service entrance. But that being said, again the job was done in an hour or so and I'm very happy with the job performed. Will definitely use them again for future work that I need.

 + 1 more.The team arrived on time and worked with us to minimize ceiling damage (since the new units were larger and different shape than the originals). Completing the ceiling work (sheetrock and paint) was not included in the services provided. Team needed some materials from us to brace the units in the ceilings since the attachment points on the new units from the manufacturer were not compatible with the joists of the house. We also provided some additional caulking material since the team did not have enough to seal both outside vent fixtures. The three way switches installed are not wired the same on both units (but i did not contact the team after the job was complete to ask for correction and difference does not affect operation of the units). The team was easy to work with and friendly and completed the work quickly and did a good job of cleaning up the worksite. Overall we are very satisfied with the installation and the operation of our new units and would contact Genesis 1:3 if we needed additional electrical work.
Description of Work: Remove old and install new heat/light/vent units in two bathrooms. In addition, add venting to outside of the home on both bottom (routing between floors) and top floors (venting ductwork in the attic). Original unit installation did not have venting ductwork installed during the original installation when the home was built.
