Can't say enough in praise of Greg Cole (P&G Tree Specialist) and his crew. Cole is the true professional; really knows his business. He is a certified arborist, and the big old tree really looked great when he finished his work. This is the second time that P&G Tree Specialist has done tree work for this writer, and it has been a good experience on both occasions. I look forward to using Greg's services again. Thanks, Greg.

The owner, Greg Cole, gave me the estimate and was also on site when work started the day of the job. I felt the price was fair. There was a ton of wood to clear out. Greg was knowledgeable and helped me decide the best way to go with the tree that has sustained damage. The finished trim looks really good and the clean-up was also done well.

He stopped by the next day after receiving my call. Our work was not time critical so I told him to work it in his schedule. His crew came within a week and did a nice job of cutting limbs away from the house and roof. Cleanup was excellent, you could not tell the work had been done.

I called P&G after reading reviews on Angie's list in order to get an estimate for removing some fallen debris after a big storm and to assess the status of a neighbor's tree that seemed to be looming over my garage. He had been working in the neighborhood so literally came by within the hour to assess what I needed. Much to my surprise Greg advised me that there was only one branch that was posing a risk and that the tree in my backyard that I was worried about was not in need of urgent care. He cut the branch that was dangling and hauled away some debris and it was done within an hour of my call to him. I will definitely call him with tree issues in the future.

I can not say ENOUGH great things about this company and it's owner Greg Cole. I called and left a message for an estimate and Greg was out the next evening. My yard was a mess. The four large trees hadn't been trimmed in 15 years, my backyard was not even VISIBLE and the "volunteer" growth consisted of nuisance vines and trees that, in some cases, were at least 12 feet tall and had trunks a good 4-5 inches in diameter. I told Greg what I wanted to do, showed him all my problems, and he in turn told me what was best for the health of my trees. He said he really wanted to "dial in on my goals" so that he could save me as much money as possible. Yeah...when was the last time a service company rep told you THAT??? I accepted his bid and asked when he could get to me (expecting a 3-4 week time frame). He said, "By the end of next week." Well, it wasn't even the end of the week it was Wednesday and he called the evening before to let me know his crew would start at 7AM. And guess what? They showed up ON TIME. I walked out of my door to find a crew of about 6 trimming my trees. I went to work and 8 hours later came home to a TOTALLY different property. The only debris was a bit of sawdust in the dirt. There just aren't words for what this man and his team did for me. My neighbors are all rejoicing at the removal of my jungle. I feel that I got MORE than my money's worth from P&G and would not hesitate at all to refer them to everyone I know.

I left a message stating that I needed an estimate for the storm damage and Greg returned my call later that day. He happened to be near our neighborhood, so he swung by and left an estimate for us. After receiving a few estimates, we decided to go with P&G. He was prompt in returning my calls and we scheduled the service for the next day. His team was there bright and early. They were able to cut down the limb without doing any damage to the fence it was hanging over. They removed all of the fallen limbs and also cut down a bush that the limb had taken out. The yard was tidy and clean when I returned home that day. They did a very good job. I will definitely use them for any future tree work.

It was nice to be told that nothing need to be done, and I didn't have to pay a lot of money for something that didn't need to be done.

Very Prompt and Professional - Great Customer Service

Greg and his crew did a fantastic job. Two of the trees were Japanese Maples and they were very careful with these, dead wooding and getting them off the side of our house and roof, but leaving them looking beautiful. Our Purple Ash tree was partially on our roof and they cut only where necessary, still leaving us plenty of shade. Greg knows trees and it shows in his work.

The big tree was taken down within one morning and cleaned up as well as all the branches trimming of other trees. Greg even helped me trim branches of a tree that came down close to my car, just to show how great the customer service is. Also, he was giving me some tips on how to take better care of one of our trees. Greg is extremely responsive throughout the process, very good with communication and extremely punctual with the work. I would definitely use him again in the future or recommend to anyone else who needs tree services.

Good. Greg Cole personally supervised this job, even though not a big project. Greg is knowledgable as to trees and shrubs, and really did an excellent job in taking care of the problem. Was on time, and had the right equipment. Greg is a personable fellow; was really a pleasure to deal with him. I would recommend. Am really pleased with his service.

Greg provided an thorough analysis of what would be needed with a firm estimate. The work was done on-time, on-budget and on- target.

They were able to come out right away, and did a very thorough job. They even raked some of my leaves for me without my asking them to. I'd definitely use them again.

P & G arrived early in the morning and began work immediately. The oak tree, which they trimmed, is the largest tree by far of any in our neighborhood. After trimming the oak tree, P & G also trimmed our Japanese maple and an overhanging part of our neighbor's tree. The worker's, including the boss, were extremely courteous. After all the work was finished, our yard was cleaned up beautifully.By the way, when you call P & G, you may get a voicemail or answering machine message by Greg Cole (the G in P & G), that he is up a tree and will call you back when he gets down. That is absolutely true. It was he that was hoisted up to the top of our oak tree and did the difficult job of trimming the tree from the top down. Excellent job!

The project went exactly as expected with NO issues whatsoever. These days its really rare to be completely satisfied but in this case, I was. Trees were trimmed to my specifications and yard was cleaned up nicer than when they started.

Great. He came exactly on time for both the bid process and the job. He also came an extra time (without charging) to consult with another landscape specialist whose work was to be related to the tree removal. He and his crew were courteous and worked steadily the entire time. They cleaned up the yard before finishing. The trees look great.
