First the call center offered me a 3 month deal that no longer exist then made the contract for quarterly. When technician showed up he graced me with resentful glares and an overall bad attitude. I understand it was new years eve but I did schedule for early morning and was assured there would be no problem. Then technician informed me of mix up on contract so I in turn agreed to a year contract of course. He was very hateful and hard to talk to I tried to be nice while he gripped the entire visit. Well I had my doubts about actions preformed but I still gave him the benefit of a doubt regardless of his resentful demeanor. Well he did not spray anything to prevent any further intrusion on the exterior of my home. Inside he spent about 20 to 30 mins in the kitchen. And 15 mins on the rest of the house. Turns out he did a whole lot of nothing. His bait he used where two bait stations I could have bought for $12 at Walmart. He threw those on top of the fridge. Then sprayed a mist basically same effect as raid in a can. I showed him the bugs ive seen in the living room. He said "Ok here is the contract." Did not touch the living room. That was it that was his treatment. One month later bugs have doubled. Nothing accomplished. Terrible service. I asked him directly will bugs be able to enter my home he said "no" Will bugs just move from one room to the other? He said "No." It was obvious to me he was lying. And he was. Now trying to fix the problem was even worse. My doubts were confirmed. The manager read what treatments were preformed in my home. Everything the technician said he did was not on that list. Pathetic. I requested a new technician 5 times they still insisted on the same one. It was inconvenient for them to assign another "commercial" tech. I'm residential. And that I stated I was satisfied with the technician therefore why? This place is a joke all the way up to the manager. Utter joke. Would not provide complimentary treatment for faulty treatment because I was too close to my follow up treatment 12 days. This has put a hinder on my personal life. My husband is in a custody battle and these bugs carry diseases which has made me personally sick and I'm 7 months pregnant. They really didn't care. Well I'm glad MARK decided to ruin our day and throw away our money because he was "inconvenienced" Sorry Mark. Terrible. Stay away. Try someone who cares they don't.

Orkin has been excellent. They are on top of things. I would recommend them. The service is very economical. I cannot imagine anyone doing any better.

Overall, I was very pleased with my pest control service for many years until it was purchased by Orkin. My experience is proof that this is a service business. If the technicians aren't knowledgeable and professional it will be difficult for any company to attract and retain customers.

Orkin helped us eliminate a roach problem; however, we would do a once a every 2 month treatment and would occasionally notice bugs/spiders... although we had decent luck in the beginning we are now looking for a different company

I AM PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEIR PRODUCTS ALSO WORK WELL. I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY.

I AM NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, BECAUSE I STILL HAVE FOUND SOME BUGS AND COBWEBS THROUGHOUT MY HOME. THEY WERE FAIRLY PRICED, BUT I EXPECTED MORE FROM THEM.

THIS COMPANY SPRAYS THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE IN TWO HOURS OR LESS. I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BUGS AND I'M ALWAYS AT MY HOUSE WHEN THEY COME AND THE SPRAY THEY USE DOESN'T MAKE ME SICK.

MY GARDEN REGAINED LIFE QUICKLY WHICH WAS IMPRESSIVE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM. THEY HAVE VERY FAIR PRICES.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE FAST AND FRIENDLY. IT WAS A JOB WELL DONE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY INSECTS OR RODENTS. HOWEVER, THEY CHANGE PRICES FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

THEY WERE ABOUT AVERAGE WITH THE PRICE. THEY WERE GOOD PEOPLE, I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH FOR ME, AND THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY.

WHEN WE CALLED THEM OUT THEY WERE VERY NICE AND ON TIME. THEY EXPLAINED THE TYPE OF PESTICIDES THEY WERE SPRAYING. EVERY TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY WOULD CALL FIRST, TO MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE WAS HOME.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CHEAP. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING CREEPY OR CRAWLY IN THE HOUSE SINCE THEY WERE HERE. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY FROM NOW ON.
