They didn't charge me extra for that. They're good.

I contacted Omar on Wednesday, July 31st, to get a quote for lawn service. He apparently came by the house (I was out) to decide what to quote, and he called back, saying he'd do the first service (mow and trim lawn) on Thursday, Aug 1st. His crew did show up Saturday afternoon, and got right to work. Speed and quality of the work looks good.

Omar has done my yard on a regular basis for several years now. He has always done good work on a prompt, dependable basis for a fair price.

SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB

I met with Omar on April 2nd, discussed work mowing, cleanup and weeding. He gave me an estimate of $45 to mow (and bag clippings), edge etc at my house and separate garage apt area and $100 to weed/clean all my beds in the front, front/side and back yard and fence area. He put me on his schedule for April 6. I called Omar on the 5th 2 or 3 times and requested that he call me back to discuss some issues before he arrived to do the work. I wanted to make sure we were on the same page, discuss the weeding/cleanup and explain where I had transplanted some hostas that needed to be avoided when mowing because they were just beginning to come up. I did not get a call back and 4 or 5 men showed up on the 6th all mowing simultaneously. Omar was not one of the men ... and they knew nothing about the weeding or areas to avoid or even the garage apt area. I spoke with one of the men who spoke/understood very little English (so I assume none of them did) to ask about the weeding and I showed him the area to avoid mowing. He appeared to understand, was very polite and also did some weeding on the outside of the fence area so I was shocked and dismayed to find that my hostas did get mowed down after all! I expressed my dismay and that I wanted to talk to Omar and went inside to try to reach him again. When I came back outside they were gone and they left a heap of grass clippings in the yard of my garage apartment. Omar has never returned my calls. I am unable to finish the weeding or pick up the grass clippings because I have a broken wrist and had to have surgery on it. I fully intended to pay them for the work they did do but they left before I could. I would have even given Omar a chance to rectify the situation so not to have to post such a negative review but it is now April 22nd.

Noticed Omar's folks cleaning beds and leaf blowing at our neighbors. Asked Omar to stop by to give us an estimate to do the same spring cleanup of beds/leaves for us. Estimate was $90 to do both sides of our long front walk, plus several big beds in the back and hilltop yards including getting the leaves out of all of our shrubs and 2 big beds of pachysandra which is usually a mess for me to do. He and 2 crew showed up 2 days later as scheduled and did the work fast, efficiently and for the price stated. Probably saved me 6+ hours of hard work raking and hand picking leaves on my own. We will use Omar from now on. Contacting him to see if we can get a price for scheduled mowing on our home and 3 investment properties. Great service, great price.

My experience has been a good one and I would recommend Omar and his crew for yard work.

I am very happy with them. I have used them on several occasions.
