My family has Mac computers that require a lot of maintenance. They come to your home, diagnose the problem, and fix everything. I have used their service for 4 years.

The technician was Art L. He was very good, patient with us, and efficient. He answered all of our questions. If we ever need help again, we will definitely ask for Art again. He gave us some very good recommendations and advice on using our computer. Mobile Macsters are Apple consultants. We called on a Friday and they scheduled us on the following Monday, but called back later that Friday and said that they could send someone on to our house. We would recommend them highly. I am a retired teacher and I would give Art an A+.

Mobile Macsters, LLC are a group of talented Macintosh Consultants whose depth of knowledge in the field of Apple Image Deployment for Macintosh Computers was of great help in a major district wide project we worked on in 2010. The employees were personable, highly knowledgeable, and understood our needs as a client, and they were able to go above and beyond my own expectations in hiring outside consultants. They showed up on the first day and worked with us to develop a perfect and quot;plan of attackand quot; that helped us to a**** our needs, and went through with us daily insuring that the project met our exact expectations: that of 18 school sites, we could deploy and System Image a minimum of 2 schools a day, and have things ready to go in two weeks. Each day they showed up on time, dedicated themselves to helping meet our needs while on site, and made sure that we could reach the project goal. At the end of each day they gave daily status reports, which explained in detailwhere we were at, and what steps needed to be taken the next day, and what problems had occurred. At no time were we left in the lurch or not aware of what was going on, and because of this professionalism,we were able to reach the project goal's end date without a hiccup. I would definitely recommend Mobile Macsters, LLC for any Enterprise or Small Business level System Administration tasks, and I hope to work with them again the near future on various projects.
