Terrible. Small truck and did not complete the move. Charged me double at the end of moving 3/4 of my things to the tune of $1500. Damaged my furniture. They should be closed down.

A near disaster! I had a two bedroom apartment. I gave away a china cabinet and a dresser along with a number of other things. So that between the time of the estimate and the move, there were fewer items, not more. There were NO large appliances involved. There was no refrigerator, washer or dryer, or any other large appliance. Two people came earlier in the month to estimate the cost of the move. They gave me a price. I paid half the cost with a cashiers check. The remainder was to be paid by check or credit card upon delivery. I was contacted a few days before the move and presented the cashiers check. The truck they brought was too small and some of my belongings were left behind. There was no attempt to remedy the problem and since they waited until the truck was full of my belongings to tell me this, I was trapped. I had to be out of the premises that day. I ended up renting a storage unit and paying some one else to move the remainder of my things to storage. Since the move was to another state, I am still paying storage cost for the remainder of my things.There was no attempt on the part of the mover to solve the problem. Instead he indicated that they had given me an estimate! It was my understanding that the estimate was for the cost of the move, not the size of the truck. The company decided to bring a truck that was too small. I have contacted them twice since then requesting a refund. No reply. In addition to this fiasco, there were only two persons unloading the truck. It took almost five hours to unload belongings from a two bedroom apartment. The manager insisted on the delivery being paid in cash since someone somewhere else had a bounced check. He would not even take a credit card. With the extra cost of stage and moving, I know now to go with a more professional company.
