What an absolutely enjoyable experience for a change! Seriously--I cant say enoguh about the professionalism that was demonstrated by the salesperson and their crew. They did what they said they would do when they siad they were going to do it! The salesperson setup a timeframe to meet, he called before hearrived to verify I was going to be there. He surveyed the roof and was confident that my insurance company should be engaged. I got a timeframe from my insurance company which was a 3hr window and Messick was onsite before that window to make sure they didnt miss anything. They worked with the insurance company and was able to get them to declare the entire roof a loss. They scheduled a day to begin the work and arrived at that time and began work and finished in 2days. A MAJOR concern of mine was pneumatic stapling versus nails..they did exactly what I asked..no staples only nails. Be advised that they used pneumatic nailers but the fasteners were nails. AGAIN,,a great experience if you need a new roof!
