Went very well. Took about 2 hours with 2 people. They are very nice and friendly. We enjoy having them.

They arrived 39 minutes late, they did a good job on the bathrooms but not in the kitchen. They didn't do anything in the garage. I found a squished twinkie in the kitchen cabinets. I did however receive a follow email from them asking me how the service went I explained all the above problems. They offered to come back out and do the work but I had already done it myself. We reached a compromise with them refunding me $85 which I thought was reasonable enough.

Workmanship was poor, due to a different group each week! I had to refuse to let one group in my house, because they lookied like they were fresh off the street. Cost was very high!

They are very consistent. I know they are going to be here when they say and exactly what they are going to do.

I will use them again in the future.

My experience with them was not so good. The first time they came was sometime last year to do an overall cleaning and they did a very good job of it. I hired them again about 6 weeks later and they did a very shoddy job. I had to go back and clean my house. I would never use them again.

We had a hard time with this company. The service workers would show up but the cleaning services were very bad. Every time they came out, they had to send another crew out to re-do the original crews non cleaning service work. We always had to get two cleaning before the cleaning jobs were completed. We tried them three times in total and on the last cleaning event the workers damaged our sink, cast iron. The spine between the two sink bowls. Large chips were knocked off. We talked to management, all they would agree to do was try to have the sink repaired. We were advised by two companies a repair would not be possible do to the damage to the sink. We had to replace the double sink unit. We just signed on to Angie List 11/12/2009 But wanted to input our bad experience for review. For anyone who may want to consider use of this company.

Merry Maids did a good job and the house looked really nice when they were done. After I called them, it was the next day that they able to come out here to clean. It only took them two hours to do the job.

Merry maids was a pretty decent service to use, but sometimes they would lock my cat in a room and he would be left there for hours. It became so I had to place a sign in one of the room s insisting that they leave the door open. They are generally responsive and do a pretty good job of cleaning up our home, but sometimes they leave cleaner fluid behind and we have to discard it for them. This wouldn t stop me from using them again though, and the price is good.

THE LADIES THAT COME CLEAN MY HOUSE ARE VERY NICE, BUT SOMETIMES THEY GET A LITTLE TOO SOCIABLE. I ALWAYS LIKE THE WORK THEY DO. WHEN THEY CLEAN MY HOUSE LOOKS GREAT. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED BY THEIR WORK.

THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH SHOWING UP ON TIME AND THEY WERE ALWAYS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. I WAS ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE JUST EXCELLENT PEOPLE ALL AROUND.

THE PRICE IS VERY RIDICULOUS FOR THE SERVICE. I CAN'T SAY THAT THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB, BUT I DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY TO SPEND FOR SO LITTLE WORK. THE WORK IS QUALITY, BUT NOT WORTH IT.

FIRST OF ALL I BOUGHT THE SERVICES AT AN AUCTION. I CALLED THE PEOPLE TO COME OUT. UPON RETURN TO MY HOUSE, I DISCOVERED NOTHING WAS DONE. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING.
