+ -1 moreI HIGHLY recommend Cat 9 Productions and the remote computer repair service. It was quick, very safe, and very reasonably priced. I felt much more comfortable going this route than actually dropping off my laptop somewhere where someone could download my personal files and information. Using the remote service allowed Jordan temporary access to my computer. I was able to actually watch everything that he was doing to my computer as he was doing it, and then was able to end his access to my computer quite easily. I work from my home office, so I was able to work on my projects while just occasionally checking what was going on with the laptop. Cannot say enough great things about this wonderful company!
Description of Work: My PC laptop had a couple of viruses on it that needed to be removed. I called a couple of other computer repair places in Tulsa that never got back with me, so I kept searching and came across Cat 9 Productions. I am SO glad I did! I spoke with Jordan who helped me from start to finish. He was very nice and very professional. He actually answered my first call on a Saturday morning, gave me an estimate of what it would cost, and was able to remotely work on my computer right away. I was unavailable that afternoon (which was his initial appointment, so accommodating), so we rescheduled for Monday afternoon. It was so easy because I didn't have to take my laptop anywhere or have the service man come to my house. Cat 9 actually offers to fix some computer problems (like virus removal) remotely. Jordan ran multiple thorough scans (which took a couple of hours to complete due to all the files on my laptop) and removed all the viruses from my computer.

+ -1 moreMy computer had huge software problems after the electricity went off while the computer was still turned on. I called Jordan early in the morning. We worked with his remote software which allows him to "take over" your mouse. He had me ready to go in a couple of hours. I can't recommend him and his service enough.
Description of Work: Jordan Price of Cat9 fixes your computer remotely. He took a couple of hours to fix my computer and it worked better than ever after he finished. He even fixed a problem with Word I had which was unrelateld to my repair situation. He fixed my computer the same day I called. He is polite, punctual and skilled at his job. I also used him briefly in 2010 for a minor software problem. This is a wonderful service which saves you the time of dropping off your PC or laptop to a repair shop, then having to go out and pick it up again. I work online so it is critical for me to have someone reliable like Cat9 to fix my computer from a remote location!
