He did an emergency call for us about 2 months earlier on a Sunday night at about 11:00 p.m. when our master bath flooded into our bedroom, closet and 2nd bathroom. He was fishing at the lake and left that so he could come and take care of our problem. His promptness saved us much money as there was less time for the water to soak up into the walls which would have caused much damage.
