LOWE'S

I'm neutral. I don;'t have anything bad to say about them. I use them quite a bit. Seems like I'm at Lowe's about six days a week. I have to go again today. We got something going on. They're fine. They delivered everything. The first microwave that they brought out, it was a very large microwave. It was still in the cardboard container so nobody had any idea. It was a couple of weeks later before we installed it and it had been dropped or something and the side was smashed in on it. We had to return that but there wasn't any problems with it. They had no way of knowing because it looked like it had been dropped before because the box was still in good shape. It was nothing that they could have noticed. It happened at the factory, I'm guessing.

The experience was good. I thought they had a good washer. They delivered it for free. It was a crazy good delivery service. I spent about $828 and I got 5 percent off. It feels good.

They gave me my $35 back without argument, which told me they knew he had screwed up. I was told that the $35 they charge is only good for 6 months. I also told the man, that I seen that if a certified Pella installer did not install the windows, the warranty was no-in-void because it is only as good as the installation. I also told them they he needed to understand what he was saying. So, because of that, I would not go to this particular store. Everything I could find and investigated about Pella windows was a good thing. Lowe's told me they would stand behind any of their installers, which was great, but I showed them what I found on Pella and said, these are Pella's words, not mine. I told them what I was ready, wasn't what they were telling me. he also told me that single hung windows were special order, as well, and that they were more expensive than double hung, which means they drop down from the top and lifts up from the bottom. I asked him, what if I don't want that in a couple rooms but I did in the bathroom and kitchen. He said that they couldn't do that, which was basically because his commission would go down. I would tell others, do your homework and do it quick, because these have to be in your primary residence and can be used for light bulbs, windows, etc, but not for the labor. Be real careful and go to government websites, don't trust the sales person. They did give me my money back, but they took up two months of my time. They never called me back with my second quote. My friend and I were both getting windows and I was doing the research. If one company got one of us, they got both of us.

Our experience with them was very good. We were very happy with the quality of the windows. They did a good job on the installation. They also installed the storm door on the front door at the same time. We did have a few hiccups with regard to coordination a little bit at the very end, but it was fairly minor. All in all it was pretty good. I thought they did a good job.

The installers came out and installed my front door. The door was not right because they had to shim the hinges in order for the door to latch. Lowes came out to inspect the door and photoed the door in February. The manufacturers of door stated that it was the installers that did something wrong. Lowes would not correct the problem. Finally after much to do, Lowes is going to replace the door with a new one.

Great. They sent 2 guys from sub-contractor to install the light. We had to pay a little extra since our ceiling is 16 ft. They were very professional and were done quickly, picking up their mess.

THE DOORS WERE MANUFACTURED VERY ODDLY AND THEY WERE HAVING TROUBLE FITTING THEM. THEY FIXED EVERYTHING UP THAT WENT WRONG AND THEY DID ALL OF THE EXTRA WORK FOR FREE.

WE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY SLOW and IT TOOK THEM SEVERAL MONTHS TO FINISH OUR KITCHEN. THEY DID NOT COORDINATE WITH THE ELECTRICIAN and THE PLUMBER LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE. THEY COMPLETED THE SERVICE IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY DID GREAT CLEAN UP, AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS TOP OF THE LINE.

I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WHEN THEY WERE PUTTING IN THE STORM DOOR. THEY DAMAGED THE FRAME OF THE DOOR, BUT THEY DID COME BACK OUT TO FIX IT. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
