Lee Slater Painting

Lee has been our go-to painter for several rental properties and our own home for over 10 years. He has just finished painting our master bedroom. It has a challenging pitched 20 foot ceiling and several settling cracks and blemishes that needed repair. As always with his work, the wall repairs look perfectly smooth and the paint flawless. Lee arrives on time, does the job in a very timely manner at a competitive price. He is an old pro and we will continue to hire him as our painter.

The house was newly purchased and was in severe need of interior paint work. Interior walls needed to coats and the house is approximately 1,300 sq ft. Lee was able to come out one week after getting my initial quote. Lee was on time and finished the job in 4 days. I provided the paint while Lee took care of all other supplies. I would hire and recommend again in a second. Great work!

Don’t waste your time. He came out to give me a quote. I never heard back. Not even a “ I don’t want to, or don’t have time to do it”.

HAD KITCHEN REMODELED AND PAINTING. LEE WORKED AROUND THE OTHER CONTRACTORS AND DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO INCLUDING PROMPT ARRIVAL TIMES. ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. HE IS GOING TO SOON PRESSURE WAS AND SEAL THE CEDAR SIDING ON MY SON'S HOUSE. PLEASURE TO WORK WITH HIM.

Lee did an awesome job refreshing the interior of the church. We were working off of a limited budget (due to covid-19) and Lee worked with us on our target price for the job. Most contractors would have brought in a crew been in and out in a few days. We were looking for someone who really cared about appearance and doing a top quality job. Lee took his time to make sure every little detail was spot on perfect and you can really tell the difference. We were simply amazed at the transformation that we just saw take place in our church. Thank you Lee for doing an amazing job and you will definitely be our go to guy for painting from now on. May God truly bless your business for doing such a fantastic job!!

We moved out of state and needed some work done to our home we were selling . I coordinated with Mr Slater and he did an amazing job . Our realtor was also very impressed with his work . What could have turned out very stressful was handled beautifully. I highly recommend Lee . He is very professional and attentive to details .

Lee did an excellent job. He patched the nail holes and put on two coats of paint. He has excellent attention to detail. We were very happy with the final product. We will hire him again in the future.

Lee is an excellent painter and I would high recommend his work! This is the second time I have hired him because he does such great work, is very pleasant to work with and shows up on time. This time he painted my master bedroom and bath, including the cabinets, and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. Not an easy accomplishment as I am very picky!

Lee is incredible! And a lifesaver. We had this work done by a “remodeler”who was suggested by a decorator we were using. The original work was so bad, especially the cabinets, that we asked for our money back. Lee has come and re-sanded and re-primed the cabinets and painted them inside and out (the original painter only did the outsides!) Lee is knowledgeable, professional and prompt. We have used him before (should have called in the first place), and will use him again.

Lee was very punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. He removed wall paper from our kitchen and bathroom walls without damaging the walls. He repaired existing sheet rock blemishes as needed. Next was masking, priming, caulking, and the final coats of paint. He worked Tuesday thru Saturday and then finished on Monday. He left the work area clean at the end of each day since we were living in the house. At the end of the job I told him how pleased I was and asked how much I owed. He asked for $50 less than what he quoted. I told him I was very pleased and willing to pay the original quote. His answer was that he spent less time on the wall paper removal than he estimated and was passing that on to us. Integrity and honesty are nice virtues to find today. We definitely recommend Lee.

excellent I would hire Mr. Slater in the future

Mr. Lee Slater keeps appointments, I like the fact if Lee has a question he is not afraid to call and ask, staying in touch with the customer is a plus. Lee Slater did an excellent job making our new oak and old oak cabinets match doors and drawers alike. Our cabinets/kitchen required preparatory work, cleaning, calking crown molding and baseboards, masking before painting could begin. Areas to cover (stamped steel ceiling, mosaic back-splash, granite counter tops, appliances, windows, & floor). I had made prior arrangements with Lee to return after the new floor installation was completed for touch-ups and finial detail. Clean-up was thorough. The only thing left was the smell of fresh paint and a beautiful bright kitchen

Price was fair and quality was good.

They were fast, efficient and painting was very professional. They did all the work for the price we negotiated and I would certainly hire them again! Great Job, thanks Lee.

Excellent!!! Exceeded expectations!!! Extremely high quality work!!! You absolutely can not tell where any sheetrock was repaired. The final painted product looks amazing. Not only was the work quality superior, but Lee and Dave were very professional and pleasant to work with. They scheduled the work ahead of time, showed up when they said they would, left the house clean every day, completed the job in the estimated time, and charged a reasonable price. We will definitely use Lee again in the future.

Not well at all since they never showed or didn't even call.

AFter I had packed and was ready to move I gave Lee a key, and moved to my new house out-of-state. When I came back, 2-3 weeks later, it was completed. After I paid him I found a couple of things we hadn't discussed (a small bathroom with nice wallpaper that I wanted painted, etc.), and Lee came back the next day and took care of everything I asked him to. The paint job was really excellent. Lee required no oversight, and he was very hard-working, finishing much faster than I expected with just a 2-man crew. Great job, great guy to work with.

His communication was exactly right and he sent enough pics that I had peace of mind from 600 miles away. I will hire him again. Completely trustworthy and even came to let me in when I arrived to move in because I'd lost my key!

They were nice to work with, very clean. We were comfortable with having them in the house for a few days.

It went great. He called with an opening very soon after I told him to go ahead. They sanded the damaged portion and then stained the entire door and side panels. The next day they came back to put on a clear coat, then returned a third time for a second coat. It looks brand new; I really was amazed. After he finished, I realized he had painted a couple hallways a few years ago. I was quite pleased with that as well.

Lee and his partner Dave did great work! They stripped wallpaper, repaired damaged woodwork/walls and painted everything. It looks great and I am very pleased!. Not only do they do great work, they are dependable, respectful and pleasant to have in your house. I have high expectations and they met them all. I highly recommend them!

They did an outstanding job in every respect. They were fast and they did top quality work at a reasonable price. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. They will be my go-to painters from now on.

Fast and efficient. Really appreciated the super cleanup when they were finished.

Lee came by gave me his all inclusive estimate. He put me on the schedule that worked for both parties, He showed up on time and kept me posted daily by text as to what was gonna happen that day. I highly recommend! Even my neighbors said they thought the painting was excellent!

Lee is a hard worker and does a great job! He took down many layers of old wallpaper and made the walls look brand new. He was always on time and showed up when he said he would. We would hire him again
