I was a first-time home buyer with zero understanding of even where to begin. Lee was exceedingly patient with me and handheld me thru the entire process. Never once was he condescending and his determination to find the exact house I would love was a visible priority. He was with me every step of the way thru the mountains of paperwork for the mortage and all the inspections. He made himself available even to meet with the inspectors at repeated times when I was unavailable to leave work myself. He even called me a couple of times within the first year to see how things were and if I needed anything. I am a very jaded person when it comes to vendors and servicepeople, always expecting and usually getting the worst. Lee is one of those endangered breeds - an honest salesmen and a genuinely nice human being. Highly recommend.
