+ -1 moreIt is $150 a year for them coming out twice a year and includes replacing the air filters in your house and if you are on their plan and there is any emergency or any other additional service like your water heater breaks then you get a discount on their rates, like 10%.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreTheir first was visit was for a water heater because the warranty was through them. I signed up for an annual agreement for them to come out twice a year. I saw water on my garage floor and I called them and they said that the product was warranty but not the service. In order to do it they recommended a company. The first at time was to check it out and the second time they came back once they made the order and got the replacement.

Description of Work: Replaced our water heater. Daryl and a helper were very professional and careful removing our old water heater and then installing the new water heater. Daryl noticed that the old installation had an improper fitting joining two gas pipes together and removed and replaced the fitting with a proper fitting. The installation went extremely well.
