Once the weather finally cleared and they were able to start it went very quick and paid attention to my concerns

These guys were very attentive to the project. I had to have them come back and do additional work because it was required by my mortgage company. It delayed them getting paid and they were very patient and understanding. They are great guys. They cleared the area and left it very clean, they were very good about telling me they were working and did a great job.

JP Contractors is too expensive. They wanted to charge me $650 to install a window that needed to be reframed and a window installed. I found a contractor who will charge me $200. Also, after showing them the leak in my kitchen, I asked them to please locate it and solve the problem. They replaced flashers over my bay windows. I noticed that they never got up on the roof to check it for leaks or damage. Two days later it rained, and my kitchen ceiling continued to leak. This time, after getting on my roof, they found that my vents had hail damage and the ceil around the vents were cracked. This was the cause of the leak. What did they do after that? They put putty around all the vents instead of spending a total of approximately $50 to replace the seals. In the end, they were not about to leave the premises without the payment of $1,250 they charged me to repair this leak. If I were you, I would seek out another contractor. JP Contractors is too high and not as efficient as I would like. I was left disappointed, and $1,250 short.
