Perfect., that was 6 months ago. Last week a bracket became loose. Michael sent two technicians to my house , they fixed it right away, they were friendly, polite and gave me excellent customer service. .

Great job. They were always on time and I always felt like they took my jobs seriously.

Overall it was acceptable, but way too many small problems and messes to be corrected - workers were courteous but messy - had to call back several times to get issues resolved - all problems eventually were addressed, but this was time consuming and frustrating. Took much longer than it should have! Couldn't recommend them at this time.

Work was performed to my satisfaction. Arrived on time & was professional. Work area left clean. The only recommendation I could make is for guys to slip on booties before walking on carpet especially in inclement weather. This by no means affects the overall rating.

Very professional and cheapest ones that I got estimates from. Would highly recommend them. Did a great job and I am very pleased with how it turned out. I would use them again and highly recommend them for their work and price and appearance as it was done.

The job went wonderfully well. The tradesman arrived on time. I found him to be neat, very personable, and an excellent technician. He went right to work and took no shortcuts. He was very careful to keep his work area clean. After removing the sink and all that was connected to it, he cleaned off all the mounting residue before starting the remount. The whole job was finished in under 2 1/2 hours. I was so impressed that I called Joy Marble & Tile and informed them that they should explore the possibility of cloning him. He definitely should be the model for their future hires.

Horrible. Started the job Aug 29, with a $2500 deposit. This was to be a 10 day job. By Oct 10 was still trying to get owner Mike Joy to respond to bad tile work that was cracking, not smooth, level, inconsistent grout color, ceiling not finished, damage to my home and shower pan leaks. By Oct had been paid $7500 for work and materials. He walks off the job. Sued in small claims court. Won settlement on January 24 in small claims court. Stay away from this company !!! We have been with out a working shower since August 29 till now. Have some one to start over March 9th, Also would never show me his plumbers licences.

Great! Everyday the crew would clean up as they left. They covered furniture and carpet to prevent scratches and dust layers. Our job was done in three steps (by room) and was very successful. All the crews were kind, hard working and well mannered.

The backsplash is lovely. I wish that the company had called me before the workers were due to show up at my house. They called me the day of the original install to say they were behind and had to reschedule for the following week. I work part-time and had to cancel 2 jobs the following week so I could be at home. I understand that they were short on workers but I should have had more notice than 30 minutes before they were due to show up.

Mike and his team were prompt, clean, and did a nice job on installing granite countertops and backsplash in the kitchen and bathrooms. I had them do a chiseled edge in the kitchen to keep a rustic look . It looks great!

Mike came out and did my job within two days of my contacting him. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone needing tile work done.

Caleb and crew were very professional and did and outstanding quality job. Michael Joy was very helpful and professional. I would hire Joy Marble again without hesitation. My fireplaces were a bit of a challenge. Michael Joy was dedicated to producing a fabulous result. I have had other marble/granite installers and there is no comparison to the quality work of Joy Marble.

I would like to thank Michael, Lesley, Thomas and Beto...They did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. It was fairly painless and they were very neat and considerate of our home and our time. As with most things, detailed planning and getting everything (every last detail) on paper (in your contract) and materials ordered in a timely manner is the key to a smooth job. Understand that they are NOT a design service. They can offer suggestions, but if you are looking for interior design service, you need to seek out that service. I was having trouble deciding on all the tile. Lesley suggested that I go to their tile supplier, Emser Tile. It made all the difference to have Chris at Emser put the tile look together for me. The key to tile selection rests on having your vanity cabinet and granite selections already made and bringing those samples with you. It makes it much easier to put the tile selections into the mix. They do not do their own cabinet work. You will be referred to Premium Cabinets to make your cabinet selections. You will need to pay them separately. Joy Marble will pick up and install the cabinets. Premium Cabinets has lots of selections and they are very helpful and interested in helping you achieve your look. The only glitch, if you can call it that, was in our shower. We had originally discussed having a large two-tier niche put into the largest wall of our shower. When Tom and his crew got into the shower work, it dawned on him that that shower wall is actually on an exterior wall, and if you pull out the installation and put in the niche, there is a high probability that in the winter, your soaps and shampoos are going to freeze in there, not to mention how cold your shower will be. We also needed some minor electrical work and some basic plumbing work done with this job. Joy Marble supplied the sub contractors for that. All were extremely professional and their work was good. I would hire them again, and as soon as I save up some more pennies, I may have them come redo my powder room. It was a pleasure to work with them.

i ask for bids from 5 contractors including Lowes. I had checked Angies list and found Joy Marble had top ratings. I called Joy and several other Angie list contractors for an estimate. The owner Michael came to my property and gave me a competitive bid. Joy has full time employees that do the work and they are first rate. The price for the work accomplished was the most reasonable considering the work completed. Joy did work the other contractors did not include. I scheduled a date with Joy and they arrived on time and were complete on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. Our new granite kitchen looks outstanding. Michael Joy and Lesley (his office manager) were very helpful working out colors and design. Having granite and backsplash installed is more labor intensive then most people might think. Joy is set up to do it correctly and leave no mess. Whenever you contract to have significant work done there are always things that come up during the project. Michael was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with NO HIDDEN CHARGES. I highly recommend Joy Marble and would definitely use them for this type work in the future. Joy is a reputable and trustworthy company.

Michael was a pleasure to work with! I needed bathroom tile replaced within a quick turnaround time and Michael was able to complete the job for a reasonable price. I even asked him for a receipt months later and he was quick to fulfill my request. Will use him again in the future.

Both times I was very impressed with this company. They were prompt & worked in a timely manner. I have 2 children under the age of 4 who were home while work was preformed- the contractors were very kind and didn't seem bothered by the kids. I love the tile work in my master bathroom and appreciate these guys! Will use them again!!

I traveled to their location, they knew I was coming and I drove from out of town and nobody was there.

The process went well. I am most impressed by the quality of my drop in sink. The edging was done well. He recommended me to additional professionals to undertake the plumbing involved in the process.

Very professional and efficient, with personable staff, from start to finish. I did not rate the price since this was my first experience with granite and I am simply unfamiliar with comparable materials and prices.

It went well, they started on Monday and finished everything except the glass shower door and panel as it takes a couple weeks for it to be fabricated. From the experience we had, we have no doubt that the glass will be what we wanted and will be installed professionally. The reason we have to wait is because they take measurements from the finished product rather than estimate and have to do it over. I had the privilege to get to know Michael and his crew members and found them to be what I would want in a group of men who serve the customer. Dave and Donnie did the demolition and construction of the shower. Tim did the plumbing and also asked if we needed the outside faucet replaced as it was right there and a great time to replace a 20+ year old faucet. That needed to be done and so it was replaced. Apparently, they were very busy and on Friday, Michael and his helper came and installed the granite vanity top. Everything was explained and suggestions were given when my wife and I couldn't decide what would be best. Their suggestions were very informative and helpful. The results were phenomenal in our experience. We got a better product and more for our money than from other businesses we had requested to give estimates.

It went great! Mr. Joy was very professional and friendly. He came to my house, looked at my tub and the pieces I had. I had told him I had glue and caulking but had misplaced it and it wasn't a problem. He had with him what he needed to fix the bathtub. He fixed my tub in an hour or less AND it was $100 less than what he had quoted me!! Now I no longer have to look at all the ugly plumbing under the tub! Thank you Mr. Joy!!

They remodeled my bathroom. They put ground in the kitchen. The finished the work in one week. We have used them before.They do good work and it is not that expensive as compared to others.

They came as scheduled. Completed the work on schedule and as quoted. They kept the area clean and orderly and cleaned up the area each day when they left. They were very professional and I would definitely use them on any tile work I have in the future.

Remodel 2 baths, 1 new tub/w tile walls, 1 new tile shower. New toilets. Refinish cabinets, add granite tops. Retexture ceilings. Tile wainscot. New fixtures. Paint. The quality of the texture and patching of wall repairs was only problem. Great value I think. Punctual and Fast!

Michael came out to give us an estimate and invited us to visit his showroom. We asked to visit a job site and he met us the next morning at a home he was remodeling. Based on this visit, Angie's List reviews and speaking with Michael we decided to go with his company. It was a good experience. David did our tile work and explained everything as he went. If I had an opinion about how I wanted something done, David would explain why or why not it would work. He was here everyday and if he wasn't able to make it on any particular day or was going to be late, he would notify us ahead of time. He also worked the tile so that we were able to stay in the house every night. This was a several weeks project so we were happy to sleep in our own bed at night. The ceramic tile I chose for the kitchen backsplash was oval shaped and presented a problem for the way I wanted it installed. They offered their advice and I am so glad I took it. They were very helpful, conscientious and wanted to make sure we were happy with their work. We are very pleased with their work and would use them again.
