Through the whole process, Jill was a good listener and very patient. She understood and remembered what our interests and concerns were. As usual, as the search progressed, our initial priorities shifted to match the reality of what was available. We ended up spending less than we d budgeted for and a 56 year old home that was gutted and expanded nine years ago. The neighborhood is well established with mature trees and in a convenient location. Jill guided us through some less-than-professional moves by the listing agent in the negotiation process. When it came time for closing, her experience and attention to detail became clear. We were able to close without an attorney and are now working hard to get organized in our new home.
