Through the whole process, Jill was a good listener and very patient. She understood and remembered what our interests and concerns were. As usual, as the search progressed, our initial priorities shifted to match the reality of what was available. We ended up spending less than we d budgeted for and a 56 year old home that was gutted and expanded nine years ago. The neighborhood is well established with mature trees and in a convenient location. Jill guided us through some less-than-professional moves by the listing agent in the negotiation process. When it came time for closing, her experience and attention to detail became clear. We were able to close without an attorney and are now working hard to get organized in our new home. She was thoroughly professional but friendly.
Description of Work: Over nine months ago we made our big decision to relocate from a small condo in Chicago to Tulsa and contacted Jill Falkenberry among other agents. Based on our past good experience with Coldwell Banker and her prompt response, we began to work with her. We definitely were NOT interested in McMansions or new construction with all new landscaping. After a lot of Internet searching and phone calls we scheduled the first of several visits to Tulsa to visit prospective homes. After six months we made an offer on a mid-town property and are now getting acquainted with our new hometown. She helped us explore condo offerings, historic homes and newer construction to give us a cross section of an unfamiliar city.
