+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service from J&J Appliance repair. The service was arranged in a timely manner and the serviceman arrived on time as scheduled. Everyone I talked with at J&J was courteous and professional. The issue was identified promptly on the first visit, the necessary part was then ordered and the repair was done efficiently at the time of the second appointment. Based on this first experience, I plan to use J&J Appliance repair for any future appliance repair.

+ -1 moreNice people on phone for scheduling. Prompt Arrival. I was really worried about cost. The Bosch refrigerator could have had a compressor out--that was the way it seemed to us. They could have told us that and hit us with an $800 plus bill. But they properly diagnosed a failed compressor starter, and had it fixed during the visit. One of the most reasonable diagnosis charges ($70.00) which is waived if you have the work done. Our Maytag washer just today developed a problem, and we immediately set up J & J again. Very strongly recommended!
