They worked 6 days including the weekend. He does not charge overtime rate for the weekend. Responded via text right away and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. He is one of the kindest men I have ever known!

It went as good as it could have. Edwin found the problem almost immediately and gave me my options. One of the options didn't benefit him yet he still advised me to take it. I could tell that he had my best interests at heart.

Edwin and his family crew were flexible on timing with my schedule and prompt- showing up right when they said they would. He and his crew were very friendly, courteous and professional and concerned about taking care of my home. He was honest and finally fixed my crawlspace leak that had been only temporarily patched or avoided by two other plumbers because, frankly, I don't think they wanted to do the work correctly. Edwin completely replaced my main drain line that ran under the whole house to the size it should have been when renovations were done to the house on two separate occasions. He did so at a fair price and he also rerouted my furnace drain so that is no longer an issue. They even took the time to locate a small gas leak when they smelled gas so all I had to do was tell the ONG guy exactly where the leak was. Even the ONG guy was impressed that they did that for me just cause it's the right thing to do. I'm only using Innovation Plumbing from here on out!

Came on time, completed work in an hour. Even wore booties over shoes to keep the floor clean. Friendly and professional. Gave us senior discount, 10%. Would hire again and recommend to family and friends.
