They did a good job and I would hire them again. I think they charged me a fair rate but I would ask them for an estimate next time for the total cost up front. They hauled off all the brush they took off and I would recommend them.

Excellent hardwood. All of it was split, 18” to 24” long pcs, very consistent in size. Probably the best rick of firewood I’ve had delivered and the price was good. $70 for the wood and $10 for delivery. 4 guys on the truck, had it unloaded and stacked within 5 to 10 mins. Guys were very polite and professional. I’ve struggled in Tulsa trying to find a dependable firewood supply at reasonable prices. Varies season to season. Very excited now, feel like I’ve finally hit on the gold mine.

All of that work was complete in a little less than 3 hours. They came with all of the needed tools. The crew was very friendly and respectful, with lots of Yes Ma'ams in response to everything I asked for. This is the 3rd time I've used the HOW Foundation workers. They do great work.

The crew worked very hard and completed the job in a timely manner. Even hauled off limbs we had cut down and had piled in our yard. Affordable and efficient help.

We engaged the HOW Foundation to move our office. They brought a large truck and 4 men. They worked tirelessly, were pleasant, very helpful and did a terrific job. I highly recommend them.

They were punctual and hard workers. We fed them and even tipped them. But they stole precious jewelry, watches, boxed items such as crock-pots, label maker, etc. anything they could confiscate to "sell" for a price. I searched high and low for my wedding ring, my mother's wedding ring and my husband's gold Seiko watch to no avail until reality hit that they were stolen. Some things can be replace, some cannot. The "team" would say drawers fell open while moving, but they had "experience" with moving. HOW Foundation hires ex-cons serving in a re-hab program. HOW is NOT bonded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE, in any capacity, in any form! (May karma take over!)

If you want a years worth of work done in one or two days, these guys detbafter it. They work hard all day with few breaks. The crew chief keeps them going and knows what needs to be done. I believe this everyone deserves another chance and this is the best deal in town.

They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. The men were very polite and worked quickly.

I can't say enough about how great these guys were! They were efficient and polite and just took care of things that needed to be done. I can't recommend them enough.

They arrived right when they said they would and did an excellent job. Very nice and willing to accommodate requests to mulch the tailings a certain way. etc. It's a win-win. We got great yard work at a great price and I would rather give the business to an organization like the H.O.W. foundation than anyone else. They do have quite a long waiting list so now I am waiting to see if we get a call to do some more tree work soon...it is worth the wait though.

The workers arrived on time and the actual work performed was very well done. My neighbors did not appreciate very loud and frequent F-bomb dropping (especially @ 8:00 on a Saturday morning) and I did not appreciate the poor clean-up job. Large pieces of wood, many twigs, a half eaten sandwich and a piece of harnessing were some of the debris left in the front yard and in the street. Crews I've used before have left the property so well picked up you would never know tree work had been done. I've used H.O.W. many times as have my neighbors and this is the first time I've had any complaints. I will give the organization a second chance because I believe in their mission and because this is the first crew that has disappointed.

Awesome. The four man team was on-time and worked quickly. The Rapier team was awesome, hardworking and polite.

This is the third time we have used HOW to move and we could not be more pleased with the courtesy, punctuality, and professionalism of the crew. Do not hesitate to use the foundation for your move.

Very well. The wait-time to get on their schedule was longer than other services available locally.

A four man team arrived on a very cold day and got all the work done in about 4 hours. They were all very professional and got the work done quickly and neatly. When finished they asked if all looked satisfactory. I pointed out a couple things and they took care of it immediately. The yard was cleaned up and debris was hauled away. I will use them again for another project in the spring.

They arrived ahead of time and called to let me know they are on the way. Got to work right away. They cleaned out all the leaves in the front and back yard of two houses. They were very polite and professional and I appreciated what they did.

I called to ask for help weeding my garden. I was told they'd be out in a week and that they'd call first. They didn't call or come for two weeks. I called back. The person on the phone said he'd move me to the front of the list. He said they'd call before they come. I never heard from him again.

We lost a very large branch off our oak tree 9/5 night. HOW worked us in for the removal and hauling away. They were prompt, very courteous, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call upon them again. Thank you, HOW Foundation.

We had to take down a lot of small trees, probably 25-30, that had grown up in our back yard - we had friends cut them down but had problems with getting all the debris plus a lot of accumulated trash from the backyard. It had to be carried around to the front because of the rain making the yard muddy so it was a big job. The came with a crew of 4 men who immediately began working and worked continually until the job was done. There was one large load with trash that had to go to the regular dump with a higher cost and another large load of green waste that was hauled off for a very good price. They worked hard and did a great job I will definitely have them back when we need more of this type of work. The price was more than fair for all the work they did.

We were very happy with our service from How Foundation and we were also happy to contribute to a worthy cause. Their price was 1/2 of what was quoted by other services. We had to wait awhile to get the work done because they had a full calendar, but that wasn't a problem for us.

They were excellent, on time and they did a really good job. They finish in a certain period of time and it's less than an hour.

I made an appointment with HOW to have leaves removed from my yard 3 weeks in advance. On the scheduled day, I called at 2:00 when HOW did not show up at the scheduled time of 1:30 and was told they were on their way. At 2:30 HOW called and told me they did not have room in the truck to haul off my leaves and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I agreed. At 2:30 the next day I called because HOW did not show up at 1:30 again, and was told, again, they were on their way. They arrived about 3:00. Four guys worked for about an hour and a half removing leaves from the front yard only and told me they had to go, but would reschedule to finish the back and side yards another time. I had landscape people and the pool person waiting for HOW to remove the leaves from my yard. Since the original day HOW scheduled me for was a Friday, I had taken off work to be home and then they canceled and rescheduled for Saturday. I had to change my plans for Saturday and I still had to hire someone else to finish the job HOW did not do as they were hired to do. I will never use this organization again and I will tell everyone I talk to not to use them as well. They were terrible. Four guys spent almost 2 hours to remove leaves from my front yard only and my front yard is not that big!

Used this provider on two separate days, March 19 and 23, spending $160 each time. Initially a little disconcerted by the frequent break times, but when they were working they were working diligently. A team of four workers at $60/hr. accomplishes measurable progress. Additional fees apply for green waste removal. Workers are polite, well groomed, and present themselves professionally at all times.

THE JOB WAS SPLIT INTO 2 SEPARATE TRIPS WITH DIFFERENT BUT GOOD CREWS. THE SECOND DAY THE GUYS WORKED IN A COLD RAIN - MOST WOULDN'T DO THIS! I'VE USED THE HOW FOUNDATION MANY TIMES NOW.

We employed a team of four from the H.O.W. Foundation to assist with our recent move. I had absolutely no issues with scheduling, which I did multiple times because our closing date was changed. The guys arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently. They followed detailed instructions to the letter, and even went out of their way for our special requests (putting small felt pads on the feet of the furniture that would placed on wood floors.) A few of our furniture pieces were scratched during the process, but nothing that we wouldn't expect during the normal course of moving and did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the experience. I've mentioned the Foundation to several friends and neighbors since we moved in and I am looking forward to using them again for other services we may need in the future (lawn care, painting, small projects, etc).
