They have a flat rate. They were quite good. They came in immediately and fixed the problem. They were very professional. I think the price was a bit too high because it just took a few minutes to do the job. I thought $60 was more appropriate than $80. I would use their services again in the future.

The technician was nice, professional, and fast. And the price was less than the estimate.

On time, knowledgeable, excellent job, cleaned up work area before leaving.

There was a problem because the end of the conduit was not even with the back of the junction box - it stuck out about a 1/4 inch further. That meant that the outlet could not go as far back into the junction box as it needed to. This problem was overcome somehow and he was finished in one hour. I am pleased with the outcome and would use this company again.

Went well. The guy showed up on time and did the work with no fuss or muss. Just a good job overall.

Electricians arrived when arranged and took the same or even less time than estimated.

It was a young kid and he was very very professional. Everything was timely and I would highly recommend him.

Next time I need an electrician I'll call Houchin first and get it done ritght!

The electrician arrived on time, and quickly fixed our breaker issue. Since he finished so fast, I had him check some outlets that had never worked. He said the oulets were fine, and then checked some light switches that had never worked either. He quickly had the switches rewired, which corrected the outlets. I couldn't have been happier with Marvin's service! He was worth every penny.

David does not jawbone he totally focused on the job that needs done.He is quite, yet polite and I will continue to use his company and him. Another unrelated story is I question the bill and the owner reduced it to even a better price. He had accidentally and I believe him over priced a switch. But he more than made up for it. Thats seeing the big picture on keeping a good customer base and referrals by word of mouth. I see why they rank at the top of angie's list!!! David had it all working great and even fixed a mistake the builders electrician made.

They were able to route the wiring from the breaker panel to the outside of the house by going through the attic, which I did not think they would be able to do. This minimized the amount of visible conduit on the outside of the house. They also did a very tidy job of burying the cable underground to the gazebo, plus the installation at the gazebo's electrical boxes was very good.

They found the problem, fixed it and did not charge me an arm and a leg for it. They also billed me because I had them working on one of my rent houses. They were great from the technician to the office staff.

Donnie did an excellent job of arranging all of the different work to be done, Concrete pad for the generator to set on, plumbing for gas hookup and the electrical work. The electrical install turned out to be more difficult than originally planned but there was no extra charge and it was completed without delay.

The work was done on three different days over a period of three weeks. I had asked for a bill the first day and then again on the second day and was told they would just add to my bill which ended up being higher than the $70 per hour anticipated. I requested an itemized invoice showing the exact date and man hours they were billing for so I could compare with the log I had been keeping. They never sent any itemization but did lower the bill from the $1,088.00 original bill

I had flew to Tulsa for a week to help my parents with various tasks at their home. I needed someone on short notice to fix some issues. Though they initially said they were booked, I explained my situation and they got someone out there the next day. The garage issue was quickly isolated to a faulty wire and repaired. Probably took just 30 minutes. The dining area lighting was difficult to replicate. They checked loads and replaced the breaker. All lights worked when they left. The breaker felt "weak" according to the electrician. He told us that he did not know if changing the breaker would resolve the issue since he could not replicate the problem. That night the breaker went out again. When we turned it back out the lights did not work. I called the next morning and they came out the same day. After 2-3 hours, they still could not isolate the issue. The wiring in this house is old and has been incorrectly repaired in a few places. About 5 years ago, a new box was put in; however the installers did not label any of the 40+ wires between the two boxes. So they had to spend some time tracing wires between the boxes and in the attic. There were no complaints despite the >100F temps in the attic. Eventually, he said that they should stop and would come back the next day with someone that works mainly on older residential wiring. The next morning the arrived promptly with a team of 2 electricians and 2 apprentices. The four of them worked for about an hour and isolated the issue. Since the repair, my parents have not had any problem. They were professional, punctual and honest. The invoice was less than I had expected given the 3 different trips and 2 teams.

I called and left a message for them on Christmas eve. Didn't expect to hear from them because of the holidays and the vast damage left by the storm. Within 48 hours (including the Christmas holiday) they had called, scheduled the appointment and fixed the problem at the house. I would recommend these professionals to anyone!

He called to say he would be a little late- arrived 22 minutes after the appointment time. He put both lights up in approximately 20 minutes, the estimate was for one hour of work, so he did fine even being a little late.

I called them to see if they could complete the work within a week, they said yes and scheduled an appointment for 4 days later at 7:30am. He called at 7:40am to say that he was on his way and showed up at 8am and finished the work at 9am. He did all of the work we requested and said they would send us an invoice and that it would probably be around $85. We received the invoice and it was $112.

Despite being one of the hottest days of the year, Marvin was on time and jumped in helping me dig the 26 foot trench to run the electric conduit to the new outlet. Marvin has to install the outlet, cut and glue the conduit, snack the conduit with the new wire and trace the outlet to the correct breaker to ensure the load was adequate. Outlet works great. Marvin left less than 2 hours after arriving.

We have used this company many times before for various projects and they have always done a beautiful job. They were fast in getting the job done and the workers were courteous and professional.

We only had power in half of the outlets in our house which also affected our heating. Houchin came within a couple of hours of our call since our heat was affected and promptly found the problem was related to one of the main wires coming into our house from PSO. They charged us nothing and even called PSO for us.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS OUTSTANDING. HE ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICE CALL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE CIRCUITS IN MY HOME SINCE.

I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE LIGHTS OR OUTLETS SINCE THEY PUT THEM IN, SO I'M HAPPY WITH THAT. I ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY CAME IN WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY WEREN'T HOURS LATE.

I HAVEN'T COME ACROSS SUCH A GREAT COMPANY IN YEARS. THEY HAD A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE AND DID WONDERFUL WORK. EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON TIME AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WIRING AT ALL. THEY REALLY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO.
