Description of Work: Tim Callahan was our electrician. He and a helper arrived exactly on time, worked from 8:00 AM till 3:00 without a break.Installed new lighting, plug ins, timed outside lighting. Completely happy with everything. Tim was a wonderful electrician and will ask for him for future work. Definitely five star work.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate. Finally got a response 2 days later. Was told they would check their schedule to see when they could come out for an estimate. Never got the call back. Chose someone else for the job. I have no tolerance for lack of professionalism.

Description of Work: I have used them before and have been very happy. Unfortuately this time I wasn't. I had a problem w/a light bulb flickering in our ceiling lamp. As soon as the electrician walked in he said that it was because I was using a new fluorecent bulb and needed to use an old fashioned bulb and it would work fine. He was correct == which was good. Unfortunately, for less than 1 minutes work he charged me $70. That is the price of a service call -- no matter what. He had an opportunity to build some good will and chose the $70 instead .
