They came out and evaluated all of our locks. Our business had numerous doors in the building that were operated by different keys. We wished to change them all to a single key. Many locks had to be replaced as they were not the same brand. Others could just be rekeyed. The job was extensive and many locks were involved. We were very pleased. They were professional, courteous and did exactly what we needed done.

Having already worked with Holder's for many years, we believed it was best to go back to them for our new security needs. We preferred to keep all our security needs through one company for consistency reasons. They provided us with bids for the work to be done. They worked with us in our efforts to keep costs down (making creative adjustments to the bid to save us money). Once the bid was accepted they moved quickly to get our systems installed. The installation was prompt and professional. They also came to train us on operation of the new system. We're very pleased with the final product and the level of service provided by Holders.

I called and asked for a lock smith. Within 10 minutes, they confirmed a lock smith was on his way. He arrived and completed the task and asked me to examine the work. Excellent explanations and professional service man. Good job.

Outstanding! Randy, the service man was terrific - was cheerful, professional, and very knowledgeable about his craft. Everyone else I dealt with from my initial call, to the actual service day were top notch. Frank was very helpful in locating and special ordering the right lock for me.
