Dustin fit our needs perfectly.  We were looking for a home in Tulsa after living elsewhere for a decade.  We interviewed several Realtors, explaining how we were able to identify potential homes ourselves through Zillow and the MLS, but needed help on the ground during our search and during negotiations.  Dustin's interview was great; he clearly understood what we needed and did not need.
Dustin's greatest asset to us was his flexibility and willingness to try new things.  We only visited Tulsa to look at homes once.  We asked Dustin to take some photos of the homes we visited because we would not be able to go back after the weekend visit, and he brought an assistant to do so.  Then, when new homes came on the market that we had a strong interest in considering, Dustin agreed to visit and take a lot of photos for us in normal lighting and including all rooms.  These Buyer Photo Albums were invaluable to us.  We ended up buying a home we had never visited based on the many photos Dustin provided.
During the negotiations, Dustin offered very helpful advice and provided background information that allowed us to get the most for our money.  He always advocated for us, and never revealed anything about what we were willing to pay or forego during negotiations.
Dustin has his own style.  He's not a typical grandmotherly Realtor who treats younger clients as children needing their sage advice about how to decorate or what type of home they should look at.  For us, that was a big plus.  Dustin listened to our concerns and desires, and helped us identify a fantastic home.  He spent significant time looking at homes for us because we were not in Tulsa, and he never stopped being our advocate.
