+ -1 moreWe noticed flickering of the lights and then the air conditioning wasn't working. We tried calling a few well known companies that were on the list as well, but this one is the only one who answered the phone. He showed up after hours, when it was convenient for us, and didn't charge us extra for it. He found the problem was with the power company and they fixed their problem without it costing more than the service charge. We called him again when the air conditioning quit working and it is the compressor. He is working with us to find a good deal for what we need and even encouraged us to take other bids.
Description of Work: We have had Harsha's come out two times and they were very professional and helpful. Both times it was for troubleshooting. The first time they found the problem was with the power company and only charged us for a service call. The second time they found that we need to replace a compressor and they are currently working with us on that to find out different prices for the items we need.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. THEIR PRICING IS REASONABLE, AND THEY MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS CLEANED UP WHEN THEY LEAVE. THEY ALSO MAKE SURE TO ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS, AND MAKE SURE THAT THE JOB IS DONE BEFORE THEY LEAVE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND SERVICED OUR AIR CONDITIONER.

+ -1 moreOUR AIR CONDITIONER CHOSE TO BREAK DURING THE HOTTEST WEEK OF THE SUMMER, BUT HARSHA'S WAS OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY TO INSTALL A NEW SYSTEM FOR US. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED OUR NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER.
