The person doing the repair was detailed and thorough.

This was the 3rd time I have used Kevin for jobs around our home. As usual, Kevin was prompt and professional. He completed the tasks in 3 days. No issues. So nice to have a job done right the first time!

He was awesome. I gave him money, he actually went and got the supplies that he needed and stuff instead of asking me to do it. He cares about what he's doing and takes his time. He also had to do the roofing. He was going to do it by himself and I told him like, "You do it on a Saturday and I'll go out there and help you with it." He taught me how to do the shingles, how to replace ones because I ended up with the shingles getting torn off and he showed me how I could replace it. I'm not afraid of work. He was excellent. The guy was amazing. He did so much that he didn't have to. He had a brother come out and help him. He's a really good guy. He knew that I was a dumb blonde chick who was not going to have a clue on what I was doing. I was watching him out there like measure stuff out and write it down and double check it so I knew he wasn't just throwing it together. The price was great.

James was to do repair on the deck and replace a rotten board on the eves of the house. The work was not detailed on the estimate. When I called to order the work and schedule I asked for a more work detail. But the detail work was not written on the order but verbally agreed to. Briefly, he was to replace and repair rotten boards on the redwood deck and replace and paint the board on the eve of the house. We decided to dismantle a bench on the deck and use those boards to do the repairs so that all of the boards would look similar - rather than purchase new wood. Also,he was to remove the rotten board on the house, repair or replace and paint. The deck repairs took longer than expected and since it was around 7:00PM, we agreed not to do the rotten board on the eve of the house. He would come back and do some painting and repair a park bench. And we reduced the labor cost by $75.00. I paid in full. He did not return and I finally called him to come back. He did come back on 8/6/2014 but he did not finish the repairs. I would estimate he worked a total of eight and half to nine hours on the deck repairs. I think the original estimate for all of the work to the deck and the house was reasonable. He came back on 8/6/2014 and gave me another estimate on repairing the rotten board on the eve of the house. Now the estimate for that work is $402.00 alone. I feel there should be some refund of the money I have paid. James was always respectful and courteous. But the agreed work was not completed.

He price was way over what we was or can afforded.

I have called Handyman of Tulsa and they have given me an estimate. I don't think I have used their services. The quote was fine. I have no problem with that. I was pleased with it. I had missed some things and I was trying to do the things that weren't in my list first. I was pleased with the quote. He was very professional. He called before he came out which was good because I have my home day care. It is always good when they call me before they come out. It was fine. The quote was 600 dollars. I was pleased with the quote. I received another quote that was double that. Sometimes it is hard to get people to come out to even give you an estimate. They will say they are coming and they don't show up. He actually showed up and I appreciated that. He was real professional and gave me a quote on the spot. I have had them say that they will email me back with the quote and sometime whether it is a computer issue and I didn't get the quote and I have to call back. I would like to just have a ballpark idea of stuff I need to do. I would hope to give the quote at least 3 months because sometimes it takes that much time to get back when I am working on other things.

Kevin is a professional. He does quality work and everything was done right the first time. In October of 2013, he replaced some screen panels on the back porch and rebuilt the screen door. He also replaced some of the damaged wood framing and painted the door and framing. In December of 2013, he replaced a damaged subfloor in my daughter's house, put down a whole new subfloor and laid cork flooring on top of subfloor. He was neat, fast and everything looks great. It was a pleasure working with him.

The project went extremely well. Prior to starting, we discussed my idea for the layout and desired finished look. Kevin surveyed the area, measured and calculated the materials needed to complete. Our HOA required detailed information for the proposed project and Kevin provided the necessary information for approval. On the day work started, Kevin and his assistant arrived on time, removed all furniture from the courtyard and worked for approx. 7 hours. The project was completed the next day and it looks fabulous - even better than we had envisioned. All construction tools and materials were removed, the furniture replaced and the courtyard cleaned. Everyone who has seen the courtyard before and after is very impressed. Excellent job! We have worked with Kevin before on many different types of projects and he always does outstanding work. He is very courteous, respectful, prompt and skilled.

Did his best to do everything we needed with affordable materials! Came back multiple times to finish the job.

They were great.

We we very pleased with the removal of the window box. The price was fair for the type of project involved. They are busy and it may require some creative scheduling to get things done. I was disappointed that we haven't heard from the company since the removal and we may need to find another company to finish the project.

The man arrived at the specified time. Was very friendly and professional. The only problem I had was that he dripped water/dirt on my carpet on his way in and way out. He realized it and wiped it up as well as he could. I used a little carpet cleaner and eveything came out.

The men called to notify me, that they were going to arrive a little late and arrived, at the new time. The men (2) were professional and courteous. They viewed all work to be done and proceeded to complete everything, within 2 hours. They even went to hardware store, to purchase parts needed. I was very pleased.

I THOUGHT HE WAS AN AVERAGE OLD JOE. HE WAS REALLY NICE AND FUNNY. HE DID NOT TRY TO TAKE MORE MONEY THAN WHAT WAS OWED. HE WAS EASY GOING AND NOT PUSHY. HE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO BLOW SMOKE.
