Description of Work: Excellent service and results. Tenant left me with a horrible bed bug infestation. Hired another company to do multiple heat treatments but still had a lot of bed bugs. Guardian Angel came in and assessed the situation and came up with a plan. They did an extra long heat treatment and followed up with some chemical treatments. Haven’t seen anymore bugs in weeks! I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I have used Guardian Angel twice now and would recommend them to anyone. The first time was a few years ago when my daughter moved back home from an apartment that had bed bugs and brought them with her (unknowingly). I had a list of several exterminators from Angie's List that I called but most of them couldn't come to give me an estimate for a least a week and then would schedule their crews to come out 2-3 weeks after that. We were literally under siege from these bugs and I couldn't wait that long. When I called Guardian Angel they were very understanding, made some schedule adjustments, and within that week I had my estimate and my first treatment. They sent me all kinds of information on what I needed to do during the process to be ready for the treatments and also what I needed to do de-infest items that I had. It was a very stressful time for me and a lot of work but I did everything they said...between that and the treatments, no more bed bugs. They were very kind as well during this process dealing with a stressed out homeowner. This year I had active termites and they had come through the drywall at my front entrance. Again very responsive and timely. They told me I might see some more activity for a few days but I didn't. They, and their employees, are kind, respectful and I believe honest.

Description of Work: We had termites swarming and hired Guardian Angel Exterminating to correct the problem. They quoted the work over the phone and stuck to that price. They were very courteous and the work was done timely. Extremely satisfied and would use them again.

We did end up getting termite control as well. We have been pest free for a while. Getting the appointment set up was very easy as well. The technician showed up on time. + -1 moreThe receptionist/salesperson that I spoke with to schedule my appointment was friendly, professional and patiently answered all my questions. They were able to come by within a couple of days which was great because the wasp nest was on the front porch near my front door. The serviceman was on-time, professional and through. He sprayed all the roof eaves and soffit areas, knocking down any mud dobbers. He removed the larger nest on the front porch and even found a second nest in the back of the house that I hadn't spotted. I'm glad I called to have a professional do this. I was pleased with the service and even signed up for quarterly spraying for general pest extermination.

+ -1 moreJoey (owner) and his crew have always been great with the service they provide. When we bought our house we had ants crawling through the air registers, wasps around the decks, and spiders galore. Joey came out and did an initial treatment to get rid of everything. They are always very thorough, and he treated the attic, the house, the entire exterior, and the deck. On a follow-up visit he was even able to determine that our crawl space was the major cause of the issues, and he "bombed" that area. I am on their bi-monthly service after the initial service because they did such a good job. Their chemical product has a residual life of around two months, but is perfectly okay for pets once dried. In addition, they will always come back out in-between if you see anything reappear. We had a wasp issue and they came out as many times as we needed; they even sprayed our barn for us! I cannot recommend them enough; best pest control company in the Tulsa area, and the opportunity to support a great small business!
Description of Work: Total home extermination and bi-monthly service. Takes care of ants, spiders, wasps, and pretty much any other pest. Leaves preventative traps for spiders and rodents just in case.i

Description of Work: Having recently moved we noticed several spiders that were in the house. Guardian Angel came and sprayed inside the house, fogged the attic and placed granules around the house. They came back two weeks later for a follow up.

The serviceman was clean and polite. He quickly began his work and explained what he was doing and why. I was extremely pleased with the service. The ants were completely gone in less than 24 hours and have been gone for a year. Better than any other service I have ever tried before. I will use them again and have recommended them to everyone that I know.
