It was not one of the better known once, but man he was fantastic. I can tell you that. They were very good. He came back several times to check. I would recommend him in a minute. I read through reports and that's how I found him. I had my grandson work with him and I never worked with him, but they did an excellent job.

This company's cost was half as much as another local company. Service was excellent and when called back ten days later because one of the traps was open and empty, they returned and checked all bait traps and replaced baits at no charge. Because this is my first time in 30 years to have mice in my house, I am going to have them return monthly through the winter to check traps and rebait when necessary. Technician also offered some suggestions to prevent further infestations.

It was fabulous and I found them on Angie's List. They came out once but since the bugs were not completely gone they came back a second time free of charge. I have been completely satisfied with their services.

They put these creeper bug traps and that didn't really help and we continued to have ants and that sort of things. He said he would come back but I thought I would call someone else who could fix it. He said I could call them back but I think I had to pay or something and so I didn't feel like dealing with them again. He was very professional and courteous and stuff like that but I was just frustrated that we paid $150 and it didn't make any difference. He did catch some bugs but our main problem was ants in our kitchen and he didn't solve that. The price was competitive with the other guy I decided to go with. He was very professional it was just that whatever he did didn't work.

Every report we receive is carefully considered and discussed. We view reports as an opportunity to improve our level of service. The insect monitors that were placed in the home were not designed to control the ants, but to inform us of areas needing extra attention on the next time out. We used insecticides and/or baits to actually control the ants. Ants have become the number one pest problem in the United States, thereby increasing the odds that there may have to be a follow-up treatment. For that reason, our service includes a return visit at no cost to the customer. As far as ongoing maintenance of a home, it is recommended that the customer agree to a monthly or every-other-month reduced cost program which can be terminated at any time. I found them on Angie's List and they were not any good. On a scale of 1 to 10 they were a zero. I did not spend anything with them; he gave me a quote over the phone and when he got here he brought one little tank and he said they would charge me $75. When he got here he told me the ants they needed to treat would cost $300; so I'm thinking it was a bait and switch. I did not have them come back and will not use them again in the future.

We regret the misunderstanding surrounding our visit to your home. From the information provided to us, we thought we were to do a perimeter and crawl space treatment of the house. However, when we arrived, we were taken to a tree stump out in the yard which was infested with Carpenter Ants. Being that Carpenter Ants are wood destroying insects, they are treated differently and more extensively than other ants, which resulted in recommending an entirely different proposal for service.

Excellent. He sprayed with my wife's 90-year-old mother present for part of the time. There were no fumes or odors. He was very professional and careful..
Description of Work: This was the ONLY company in the top 3 on Angie's List who would come out for a one-time service call. We had a few cockroaches in the Kitchen - which we've never had - and Guaranty completed eliminated them in one service call. No wonder Guaranty is top-rated on Angie's List for Tulsa. In fact, we had a very competent pest control firm spray our home some years back but I couldn't remember their name, so I consulrted Angie's List. When the Guaranty rep who came seemed somewhat familiar with our home, and neighborhood, It turns out his was the same company we had used before, but I failed to note their name. I will not make that mistake again. They were excellent. The other 2 quotes I got would not come out for a one-time spray, and Guaranty would, and did a splendid job.

I am impressed by the quality of their work. They are always on time and never missed a day. They come here when they are supposed to. They do great pest control and there has never been anything in the house. They are very accommodating.

They were on time which was a big deal since I had to take off work to meet them. The gentleman that came to my house was really nice and we ended up talking for quite a while.

The man who came was on time and very polite. He did a good job and answered all my questions. He said if the problem wasn't solved in 30 days they would come back out at no charge to me. I was happy with them and would use them again.

He showed up right on time and was very professional. Even gave me some tips to look for for both termites and carpenter ants.
Description of Work: Had them come out to inspect for possible termites since both my neighbors have them. They found none. I appreciate their honesty. Some other companies will not charge an inspection fee because they intend to tell you that you have termites and then charge $1500.00.

They were great. They were so knowledgeable. They told us everything about the ants we had. We had 3 different kinds of ants. They told us how long the treatment would last and what we needed to do for termites if termites showed up again in the future. They did not treat for termites but we have had them in the past. He told us how long that treatment should last and what he would do if it was his house and they showed up again. He knew everything about what he was doing. The price was really good. If there was anything higher than an A, we would give it to him. He didn’t push anything on us. He even removed an estimated charge that was on the bill because it turned out that he didn’t have to use anything special for it. We would absolutely use him again in the future.

Poorly. I sent him away. He told me he would have the office call and reschedule but have heard nothing.
Description of Work: I called for pest control explaining that I was seeing a variety of bugs and had an ant nest in my back yard. The first appt they had was 6 days later. I took it. No one called me to say when they would be here so I called them. They said 2:30 PM and when the guy arrived, I showed him the back yard and where the ants were. He said he did not have any outside equipment and was only prepared to treat the inside. He then read the ticket to me: "ant nest outside one of the windows." Why would you show up with only inside treatment options when customer has a problem they have identified as being outside? For that matter, why would an exterminator only carry one or the other?

We normally give an appointment time while speaking to the customer, so it should not be necessary to call later to remind of that appointment. As for the back yard service, there was an apparent misunderstanding conveyed during the conversation when the service was set up. We primarily handle structural pests, not turf pests. Our note on the ticket indicated that ants were on the outside of one of the windows. Had we understood that the focal point of the customer's concern was out in the yard, there would have been a substantially higher price offered for the service, and other equipment would have been taken out to the job. We receive much more praise than complaints, therefore we have never found it necessary to record our calls in order to provide proof of the misunderstanding. As it stands, we must take the stand that our understanding of the pest problem was somewhat different from the understanding that the customer was attempting to convey to us. We always strive to obtain a clear understanding of the situation so that this sort of miscommunication does not become an issue. Nevertheless, we will increase our efforts to determine the exact needs of all of our customers.

They always show up on-time. They are very flexible. The people they send out are not creepy in that they don't try to get too personal. They are very pleasant people to deal with and do good work.
Description of Work: I pay Guaranty $282, yearly, to come once every two months to do a routine spray for all types of pests around both the interior and exterior of my home. I also pay $200 a year for them to send someone out a few times throughout the year to look at termite traps and look for heightened termite activity.

Guaranty Pest Exterminating came and sprayed inside and outside to control pests, ants and the like. They did a good job. I found them to be friendly. There was no signage needed outside as this was a dry application.

THEY FOUND TERMITE ACTIVITY ONLY ONE TIME AFTER THE TRAPS WERE INSTALLED, AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK GETTING RID OF THEM. OTHER THAN THAT ONE OCCURRENCE, THE TRAPS THEY INSTALLED WORKED GREAT.
