 + -1 moreHe returned my phone call the same day and came out to estimate the next. Very prompt. I decided to use another company only because they could also fix my plumbing in the same service call. I called this guy and told him I was not using him ,and gave him the reason why.This, I thought was a courtesy that I gave him because in my experience most people do not bother to call if they are not using somebody. He seemed a little irritated that I did not use him and asked me if I would call a carpet cleaner to fix my tile? I told him no, I was hiring a handyman that could fix my tile and do the plumbing neccesary and therefore I would save the service call of a plumber. I thought his question was a little unprofessional, and had a hint of sarcasm especially since he did not even know who I was going to use. His pricing was a little lower than the company I used but he also had a minimum and my job did not reach the minimum so he wanted to add other things like cleaning the whole floor to not only reach the minimum but add to the cost. The other company ended up doing a great job not only on my tile but on my plumbing too by the way!
Description of Work: I had him give me an estimate only on regrouting a small area of my kitchen floor that had been broken due to shifting of the soil.

 + -1 moreWe were out of the country when they did the work, but everything went well. His prices seemed very reasonable and he did a great job. The estimate was fair and we liked the work they did. We played a game of telephone tag for sometime but it was taken care of. I thought their prices were competitive and would use them again. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: GROUT WORK. We had them come and regrout the shower, two floors, and a counter top.
